lost my little brother to suicide 5 months ago. i’ve gone into such a big depression, i lost friends because i couldn’t maintain social energy for relationships anymore. all i’ve been doing is spending time alone and working out which introduced me to your vids. you make me feel not as alone. it’s like i have a friend doing it all with me. thank you for your content sam. keep it up dude, you’re killing it.
Brother the pain won’t stop but life won’t either keep pushing stay strong keep your mind sharp ❤❤️
Hey bro Gods there for you too. And you’re brother wants you to be happy and live life
i can’t imagine you’re pain. keep doing what you’re doing, never stop moving forward. praying for you
@@ethanlambright2620Well said, keep going my friends!
Keep doing things positive but it would be wise to start being more social with others again.
I’m a stay at home mom and I go to the gym 5/6 times a week and even though I’ll probably never be as pumped as you, you motivate me so much
You can be as pumped as him just gotta "pump" some steroids in your system and there you have it
I’m with you on that one
💪💪
Awesome! 👏 stay motivated and strong 🦾
His own brother isn't as pumped as him and they share genetics. He takes drugs, you won't PROBABLY ever be as pumped as him, you'll never be. You'd be a pretty shit mom to raise your child idolizing drug users, but you wouldn't be the first.
Rewatching one piece from episode 1 is actually insane, man truly believes in the grind, in and outside of the gym
I got into working out in 2011, then graduated from high school (2017) and stopped with the gym and tried to get back into it so many times. I’ve been in the gym almost 5 days a week since May 5th 2023. I seen clips of Sam on tiktok and just started yesterday watching the TH-cam and it’s brought back the urge I had back in 2011.
That’s good for u man I hope u get all ur gains back and then some

For those wondering, 60 pound single arm wrist curls for 25 reps is very challenging. This is even after I gained 6.9 pounds of pure lean mass while watching this video.
Anyone who's been doing wrist curls for 6+ months can do the 60's for 25 reps tho.
The explanation on how to activate certain muscles in one of my favorite things of these videos. I’m an avid gym goer, but only recently started taking it seriously and I’ve noticed there were times I’d do, for example, lat pull downs and not even feel my lats getting a pump because my arms were doing the majority of the work. I’ve learned a lot about visualizing and focusing muscle squeezes from these gym talks. So, thanks for that. Love the content, man.
its crazy how the quality keeps getting better with every video, looks really good sam. love it!
That end car talk was one for the ages. You’re doing good stuff posting these, Sam. Appreciate you brother.
I’ve done every workout since the start of the Winter Bulk and I’m still going strong💪🏽🔥🔥🔥
I'm impressed by your thoughtful approach to training Sam.
I was alone on New Years Eve. I was scrolling through your videos. I had a dip from the gym for like 4 months but regaining it now.
But what i wanted to say is. Your video's helped me re-awaken the flame which is flickering or which was really low. All i need is to take small steps and consistency. Thanks for you video's man.
Thank-you Sam you made me want to go to the gym and I made it my new years resolution as well and my girl and I just got back from doing abs day. Immediately started watching this
My turnaround started on a New Year’s resolution. 6 yes ago I mess years day I went for a run, that turned into trying CrossFit, which turned into getting back into martial arts (my true passion) and I’ve trained ever since. I found your channel because I dislocated my knee doing judo so I started lifting while my leg heals and I can get back to martial arts
I love doing dropsets for forearms to super light weight. Like 8kg for up to 20 reps, and than 2kg for up to 20reps, the burn on the super light set is insane because you can pretty much get as many reps as you want but every rep feels like work. Talking about the first forearm excercise Sam showed.
everyone needs a friend like Sam in their lives
Thank you Sam for all you do.
Keep up the great work my friend! 💪♥️🙏
I'm down 28 pounds now from 6'0 280.6lbs September 24th, 2023 to 252.6lbs Today.

Sam Suleks comment section is a whole different breed
The challenge with those making new year's resolutions lies in the reason behind starting a lifting routine. I know a few people who only lasted a week, but it can happen at any time during the year to lose momentum and quit. While motivation is a good starting point, it tends to fade, and lasting consistency requires a deeper and enduring reason to getting pumps.
You have internal motivations, like better health, more strength, training to look better for your own sake.
You have external motivations, like approval from others, getting laid, being accepted and validation.
In my experience a lot of people that start to work out for external reasons tend to fall off. While those shifting their motivation to internal reasoning much easier manages to stay in the game. Bottomline: Once you start doing it for yourself, and not for what others might think of you. It's much easier to stay consistent and work out as a permanent lifestyle. One has to also be conscious of the fact that when you start, it might take a year to get solid results. That's even with proper diet and sufficient protein per day.
Working out isn't a sprint. Those that think so go hard, burn out, and fall off.
Working out out is a MARATHON. It takes a lot of time. It's a mindset you need to accept, or you'll end up as "just another quitter".
People who hate working out will end up failing too, you need to learn to enjoy it. If that means using a "sub-optimal" training program, just do it. It's way better to improve yourself slowly and consistently, then not at all, or hating to work out because you overdo it.
So TL;DR: Think of it as a marathon, focus on internal motivation, learn to work out using a program or scheduling which makes the journey enjoyable for you.
@@ouroboros6125I agree 100%. When I was 17 I started lifting for external motivations. I just wanted to look like other bodybuilders to look better. That didn’t last long and realised that I wasn’t going to be able to reach those goals while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
A few years later, I resumed my lifting journey for myself. My health was deteriorating due to stress at work. I had an autoimmune disease that despite taking medications, didn’t go away. However, resuming the gym healed me. For this reason, I managed to stay focused on my lifting journey.
Sam hitting shoulders is a once in a lifetime experience
sam sulek videos have saved my attention span. Thank you to the LORD sams ulek
Bro is the reason I started again and motivation to keep going
Just my thoughts to what you said at the very start, thought it odd at first you're doing shoulders and forearms. I ought to learn from this and be able to be flexible with my routine. I am soon to start similarly to your 4 day split, but things can change. What matters is a good lift and consistency. As always, love the vid, Sam.
All these new angles are ace. New lens was a solid investment for sure!
Do you know what new lens he picked up?
Holy crap closing in on 3 Mill already. Keep killing the game Sam 💪

Thank you sam keep up the grind man good work 💪
The camera quality looks amazing
The only thing I like about a New Years Resolution and fresh start is the fact that it can be viewed as a fresh start and clean slate. It's day 1 of the year, so it's a simple and easy benchmark to remember and build on. But that being said, it cant be your only reasoning for wanting to make a change.
Your videos are getting better and better every time! GL

Take a second to realize that Sam wearing what he does "the pump cover" is like the equivalent of when us mere mortals are a little too insecure about our bulk phase or just lack of current muscle mass. Bro is in the "I'm putting in work but I'm not there yet" phase of his body expectations. So wild to think about for me lol. What an incredibly focused and humble guy. So many dudes a quarter his size go to the gym wearing tight tanks to show off their pump and he's in there just covering it all up haha.
Humbleness is very much a dying practise in the modern age and it's a shame really.
what difference does that make everyone in the gym is putting in work. Like me personally im not huge but i wear white tanks daily mainly cuz they're the best for working out, but also yea i am gettiny bigger/ more confident thats the whole point of the gym buddy. plus his "pump cover" is like a XL t-shirt bro, everyone knows he's huge
@@angel-ht7gj dunno how much time you've spent in gyms but they can be a pretty toxic place at times lol. The public gym and my boxing gym are two very very different vibes I'll say that hahahaha.
But yeah man I'm sure you've seen toxic behavior in your time yeah? Sam doesn't seem to be conducive to that type of big bravado gym character is what he means.
@@slowentropy4531and same is dope af for it. But angel is right. The gym is to build and instill confidence. Sam KNOWS he looks good and hes huge. He calls himself freaky which would be the opposite of humility BUT nevertheless he deserves it. I enjoy hitting the gym with a tank and tee ontop and taking off the “pump cover” after i get a “freaky” pump too and flex in the mirror. Helps a lot with the motivation seeing yourself grow/progress 😁
@@Mk7Albert that's fair enough. Gym can be good to help self confidence sure. But be careful as your body is very fragile, easily injured and will ultimately let you down. It is foolish to put your happiness in these things that are so temporary. It's great to be fit and I enjoy having muscles for sure, but that's not where I get my self esteem and sense of masculinity from.
Short hair and lifting in the sunlight. New year new Sam. Loving it just as much as always!!!

its amazing to see the progression of how he even shoots his videos some of the angles and lighting are getting really good
I noticed the same thing but I think it was early and the gym has a lot of natural light from the sun
@@Hypno_Llama definitely is, but also just in general with those bench face pulls that angle through the machine was heinous
The best exercise I’ve found for rear delts/traps is using the bent straight bar you usually use for lat pulls on the seated row bench and keeping your arms straight, pull the bar over your head. Rotate from your shoulder

Has he admitted to not being natty? I don't care that he isn't, but I just don't like when non-natty lifters act like natty lifters should be training like them and can look like them.
@Jon-qq9sj he's never alluded to being natty. I think he's even mentioned sometimes "and something else" with a sort of chuckle, "you guys all know what I mean " wink wink sort of stuff. He absolutely does not say he's natty

I agree! videos seem more polished which I like
I currently have been working out for about a year now but i haven’t been consistent with it but sams videos made want to go back to the gym and today i hit my max for deadlift and squats. My squat max is 275 and my goal is 315 and my max on deadlift is 315 and my goal is to rep 315

I really needed to hear this rant about not every workout will be a banger. I had one of those workouts today. Mediocre at best really. But I went, got the work done and now I’m on the other side of that. And as for the New Year’s resolution thing, I always start mine Dec 1st.
