Without seeing how the item was packed- those boxes are slammed and crushed mutliple times throughout the automated network distribution centers. As they enter the final stretch of loading line they are slammed a final time by a mechanical arm. If this item wasnt packed with bracing styrofoam then damage would be expected. Similar items that arrive undamaged are either packed correctly or were lucky boxes.
Wow. If it doesn't already, Fedex should track damage to it's products so it can correlate the employees who handled the packages and who clearly couldn't give a shit. because it's going to cost them business when this sort of thing happens. Wouldn't be that hard to do with the sample set and databases. Hope the seller could claim insurance.
I'm more apt to blame the seller (as you did). Shippers do what shippers do, and the responsibility to protect something like this lies with the packer. I've had 2 different items destroyed in shipping because the seller doesn't know how to pack anything. Stuff like this is packed in styrofoam for a reason. Things get dropped in shipping, and the shipping system is designed for speed, not care.
Do not blame the seller man fedex deliberately throws and crushes and destroys packages it's not the sellers fault I'm sorry ur items were damaged but ur gonna make these small businesses broke if u expect them to replace every item fedex breaks why not go after them. As a seller myself I may send u 1 replacement to be nice but after that ur gonna have to fight w fed ex I don't care if somone tripple boxes that server fedex will find a way to destroy it.
I have just set up a new LG 65UM7660PLA TV lucky for me it all arrived undamaged. but was brand new
