Most of their ads is men, so not sure. Maybe a different agency made this ad or something.
If there are only women in the ad, that means the viewers (QVC) tend to be women. Or the viewers (of QVC) interested in housecleaning, tend to be women.
Women are the target market, they're the ones who are expected to buy it the most.
