one tip if you want to shave is to buy men's razors, they're sharper (don't be scared, in this case it's a good thing) and they're a lot more precise and gentle, since they're meant to be used on your face. Don't shave your face though, your hair will grow and look darker than before. Also, men's razors are a lot cheaper for some reason...? Anyway, if you're someone who wants to shave, get men's razors with 3-5 blades, 1-2 blades are a bit riskier and it's easier to accidentally cut yourself. I hope this comment somehow made a bit of sense, ik it's a bit of a ramble, but i'm just a big sister trying to help out :)
Emilie Marie shaving your face doesn't mean it comes out darker than that's just a myth. It comes out the same as before. Hair doesn't change because it's on your face. People shave,get waxes, or pluck their faces because of moustache hairs. Anyway is fine really but for the sake of not cutting yourself it's better to wax or pluck.
in my personal experience the peach fuzz i had actually did come out darker than before, i wax my mustache too 😂i was referring to the hair on your cheeks etc, everyone is different, I'm not against waxing and plucking, i find that that's a better alternative because it stays hairless for longer :)
It doesn't come out darker, but that is the impression given. The hair actually comes out uneven on the ends, which make it look darker :)

21Lauren21 actually don’t shave your legs with a men’s razor. Those are made for their face NOT legs. It’s important to use a razor specifically for LEGS
You have to wet your legs and then put shaving cream. It gets really foamy and fluffy.

i think waxing is better if you get it done professionally, it does hurt but it doesn't grow back fully for a month of so depending on your growth

Another good tip is before I shave my legs, I always use a scrub to get off any dead skin so that I get a closer shave
Ally use a dull razors to get the scrub off it's makes your legs so freaking it's you're touching a blanket when you do it
Ally, I agree if I don't use a sugar scrub then I get major razor burn
I like to use men's razors because they are cheaper and have more blades. Woman's razor usually have 4 blades men's have 5 blades which give you a closer shave ilysm ❤️💞

The eos shaving cream isn't worth your money girl, just use conditioner! Also, use aloe straight after waxing.

It's easier to get cuts when you don't use shaving cream shaving cream is made to soften the hair so you can shave easier soap doesn't do that😁

1. shower first for the hair to soften naturally with hot water and also exfoliate with a scrub the area u will shave
2.when your done showering apply the gel then start shaving down not up
3.then up and exfoliate again
4.if your skin is sensitive aplly around the area u shaved an ice cube

Make sure to wet your leg first and make kind of a lather with the shaving cream and it will work better. I love the eos shaving cream and once you make a lather it works perfect! Ilysm 😊

I prefer waxing because it makes the hair thinner everytime and it takes longer to grow than shaving does. but from experience i think u should go to a salon and get it waxed professionally (i wax every month)

I like waxing better. It lasts longer. Red bumps are normal on the legs after waxing. Also, I don't recommend doing the top half of your leg above the knee

I just shave my legs when I'm in the shower and I'm super lazy so I just use water and nothing else and have no troubles. And yeah you should have used water on your legs first that's why it felt like that

True, I saw some of the comments. You're supposed to get your leg all wet before putting on the shaving cream. Also, I do sometimes use body soap for shaving.
All these comments saying ur parents got mad!😟 Its so sad that they wouldn’t let yous shave even if the hair is making you upset! I hope yous can all stand up to your parents and do what you want with YOUR bodies!

I really recommend to use the aveeno shave cream! It has a lather that doesn't irritate the skin and it doesn't clog it at all.
This is really bothering me. Doesn't she have a mom to help her? You have to use shaving cream or at least conditioner or you will get super dry legs or even cut yourself. You also have to wet your legs. not being a hater it just really bugs me to see someone do something that could hurt them

a shaving cream I recommend to you is the skintimate raspberry rain shaving gel!! It's absolutely amazing and smells so nice!! Also you should wet your legs before you use shaving/ when you shave period. I shave in the shower which you also recommended!! And it's normal to get shaving cream stuck in your razor. i shave at the end of my shower! this way the hairs are softened, pores are open, and you can easily rinse out your razor. you'll get a super close shave and not have to shave as often!

Hi Fiona I really recommend using men's razors and even men's shaving foam as their razors are made for thicker hair so when shaving your legs the hair is easier to remove and stays gone for a long time💓when I shave my legs I only need to shave mine every 3-4 weeks due to the razors. Btw love your videos xxx

Although it is easier to start with shaving cream, eventually it is hand y to be able to transfer without shaving cream and just water. It is also cheaper as you have to replace your razors less and you don't have to buy the shaving cream.

Tips for shaving.
1st exfoliating. It gets rid of excess skin & helps prevent those little red dots & cutting.
2nd get yours legs WET! & then put shaving creme or conditioner.
3rd you don’t have to press super hard but not super light either. Just normal pressure. It won’t cut you.
4th wash off your razor every 3/4 strokes
5th wash off legs & PUT LOTION ON THEM!!!
You can also use conditioner in replace of shaving cream or soap:)
