    where do you paddle out to exactly, I've fished almost all around the picnic island and can never find any trout. I launch out from the kayak launch and head straight out to the future island then fish around the close ones and nothing

    How deep were you??? and how far do you have to be from land??

    • @MiamiFishN
      @MiamiFishN  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      MrGabys91 only in about 3-5 feet... 6 feet max.. The whole bay is loaded up, just have to find the grass flats and some sand pockets. You'll find em! Tight lines!

    I've never been down to the bay but would love to head down for a fishing trip. Where would be a good place to start on the North side for trout or mangroves? (north of a certain bridge? near a hotel?) any info on a general starting location would help. Thanks

      Start off at Pelican Harbor.... 79th street bridge.. There is a boat ramp and parking there

    The conditions were in your favor went out there the other day and didn't catch squat, just cudas... a lot of cudas. Trying to catch on the rhythm ,seems like good current is what makes it all happen

    • @MiamiFishN
      @MiamiFishN  10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yea slack tide is not good.. I've done good on outgoing tide and incoming... Just have to know and find the spots!!!

    • @flfishingco
      @flfishingco 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep paddling my ass off in the hunt for the spots, there's fucking turtle grass everywhere

    Hey man. My buddy and I fish the bay searching for these all the time but we can't find any. Do have any advice for what we should look for when trying to find these fish? Thanks.

    • @MiamiFishN
      @MiamiFishN  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea man they are out there!! Look for some flats about a foot to 5 feet deep with grass and sand pockets. Tight lines!

      Christian Braden Try Morninside Park, not to far from there. It produces gator trout. I prefer early mornings and use live shrimp.

    Nice video. Why ruin it by adding the crap music-noise? I'll never understand why people go to the trouble of ruining their videos and forcing everyone to hit MUTE to watch. NOBODY wants to listen to that CRAP! You made a good video - let us enjoy the VIDEO.
