Don't have a kit but this is way more informative than any other kit assembly video I've seen so mad props. Only comment is that it should be mentioned that if the motor is spinning the wrong way, swapping and re-soldering two of the three wires will flip the direction. Also where would people get the 2S 120mAh battery? Might be helpful to mention Itgresa, Fingertech Robotics, Palm Beach Bots
@@l8dawn On my shop there are more intructions and every information where to get the battery. and what to get. Battery works 180mah and 200 mah. Yeah i forgot mension that you need to resolier to spin in other way. Thanks for the comment.
@@DrumBotics I’ll keep you updated how it goes against the competition I’m up against in my area of the US. We have 4 events a year for this 150g class.
The screws for the motor mounts… I must be using the wrong screws because I can’t seem to screw them in all the way… I am using the silver 11mm long screws? Is that right? They all seem to be 3mm too long?
@@funnybones46 the DrumBotics kit changed ti side switch from screw switch so that it meets every single safery regulation. And for weight it has like 0.5 gram under the limit. so basically none. You can save some by putting a smaller battery like a 150 mah insead of 200 mah. Side switches are alowed in amerixa right?
I think they weight the same, In England screw switch is banned and can't use only side switches, America only screw switches, but fortunately screw switch is easy to make, but about the weight i think it is similar.
@@Lusidous The frame is 3d printed carbon fiber nylon. Every detail is on my shop link in description. No it comes without files, but good this is that you can get frames and all the printed parts seperately.

@@AQucsaiJr Very good! i would appreciate if you would update how it goes against other 150 gram antweights.
@@AQucsaiJr Maybe some of these events have a youtube channel that posts these fights? So i could maybe see how it fights in the future.

Is this voiced with an AI?
Does it have extra weight? because in america there are regulations for screw switches and they are normally heavier.

@@DrumBotics ok thank you
What is the main chassis made out of, and when you order the kit does it come with files to print your own.
