Hey no clue if you still read these comments, but I went fishing yesterday with my grandpa and brother. I caught 17 fish! I caught mostly perch and sunnies but I also caught my first ever northern. He was probably about 3 pounds but we don't own a landing net so he got off the hook against the boat. The cast right after that was probably another HUGE northern but he broke my line so that was sad. But I also caught 2 bass which I haven't caught before. We caught a total of 27 fish that day. Plus we used all of our bait!
Super clear water is tricky. I often fish clear lakes. Light tackle, light line, long casts are key. Small baits like Ned rig work best for me. Once you see the bass, they see you and most often will not bite.
Hey Cannon, I would highly recommend any of the Shimano Slx reels. They have a range of prices to choose from too. The slx xt would be my go to. As far as rods I would look at some Dobyns rods.
Never give up brother . Keep fishing.
Awesome! and I love the camera shots of the water! Sooo clear!! Nice Crappie!

Too I’ve fished that pond plenty of times, in Wilmington 😂 it took me a while to realize but I enjoy your videos
In your opinion, what is the best rod around $75-$100? I’m trying to find a rod to match my Daiwa tatula sv tw 103
Great video

I know this is strange but your voice is deep for someone that looks as young as you. You look 15 years old. That is complement by the way. Nice fish.
What is a good budget baitcasting rod that you recommend
