Filleting Garfish a Better Way?

  • Trying different ways to fillet garfish.
    This in my opinion is a better way as you don't have to clean the guts out and the rib cage bones are removed in the process. As for the pin bones if deep frying I would leave them in, if shallow pan frying I would cut them out.

      Thanks, I wouldn't say I have mastered it but slowly improving with practice. Recording this helps me remind myself what to do and what not to do.
