@@karinodermattcoach can you do a tutorial of a beginner release and catch? 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I’ve seen one release and catch tutorial from you but it’s intermediate/adv. One day I’ll so it but today nope 😂♥️♥️
@@karinodermattcoach yes I saw that one, I wanna try that too :) but I really wanna learn a trick were I just let go and nothing is touching the hoop and then catch it, if you know what I mean :) is there a beginner way to do it or is the easies way to just let go from the top bar and then catch the low bar?
@@stuumpan You could start to drop from the top to the bottom bar, no inverting -nothing- just catching. Once you have that, you add a temp. and when you swing to the front you do the drop. finally you drop and end in a straddle invert. But first start with feet almost on the floor doing the simple catch. and release.
@@karinodermattcoach I failed miserably lol. I'm not strong enough yet but I only started practicing aerial hoop in march so I feel like it's ok and I'll get there eventually. I really love your videos because you show a lot of tricks that remind me of my old uneven bars routines back when I was a gymnast 13 years ago :D I'll get back to this comment once I am able to perform this!
I really love your tutorials!!! It would be great if you show us some moves for doing at home, because of the lockdown I installed an aerial hoop at home but it is not too high :/
Thank you for your feedback. I will think of things for you- would be good to know the level you are thinking of. If it is not so high, you can often do conditioning - on my website you find a conditioning e book. extraordinary.fitness Or you choose a level for your hoop, like long strop, very low hoop and work on tutorials above the hoop. Then change the hoop to a medium strop and work on tutorials inside the hoop and then hang it really high and work on things below the hoop. But I will as well think of a little routine with low ceiling.
I love your tutorials!! I just started a couple of months ago and you have taught me so much! I hope you will keep doing tutorials forever :D
Thank you for your nice feedback. I am glad you are learning things. Yes, my plan is to continue for a long time🤩Any requests leav below 🙌💖

It's so frustrating because it took me so long to get it and now I can't do it again. 😮💨
Thanks for all your tutorials❤
I’ve never known that it’s called Russian roll. If this video had been when I’d been learning it, it wouldn’t have been so difficult. Great tutorial
thank you. Really glad to hear this. 🙌
I’m trying this tomorrow first thing in thw morning, I loved it!
Yess. Let em know how it goes

I think its because my leg isnt used to the pressure but is it supposed to hurt a bit much when you sit back up from the roll?❤
yes, that can be the case. I tell my students to use knee pads in the back of the knees. 😅
Thx for this tutorial you broke it down perfectly! Love your outfit can I ask where it's from
Thank you. I am glad it helps you. 🤩The top is from Mila Krasnsa and the leggins are Victoria Secret 🙌
Ye-ah! Finally got this one, even though it took a year!! 😂
Yess, good work. They are mot so easy . 😅🥰
I love your videos, where is your studio? Could you make a tutorial on neck hangs? How to prep and place your muscles?
Thank you. My studio is i Sweden. Yes I work on a neck hang video. Comes in the next few weeks. 🙌🥰
Thanks
I still can't get this one:( I get stucked on my hip and can't pull myself up any further:(
It can take time. If you want, send me a video of your try - maybe I see what the reason is. 💫You can send it on Facebook, Instagram,...
I can't do it
It will come. Work on the temps. How close to getting them are you?
