You’ll never do that here. The dry van rates are absolute garbage right now. Loads that we’re paying $4 a mile are paying $1.70 now, if you’re lucky. It’s rough out there. My advice would be to avoid it

Not long. Orientation is only three days, the hiring process before that is very short. You can get qualified and set up for orientation the same day you apply

No to both. The truck will be governed when you get it but you can have it turned up
