The way I do it is I leave the oil and coolant lines and wastegate actuators attached to the turbos but only unbolt their mount points from the engine. And I pull both turbos up and out of the engine bay all at once. Saves a lot of time.
Hey do you guys remember if you drained the low temperature coolant? Looks like you didn’t in the video but the workshop manual instructs to drain it.. how did you go about this?
Aftermarket intake in engine bay intake? So change from stock cold air intake to aftermarket hot air intake. Hot air has a lower density, so less air equals less power. The owner is an amateur!

I always cover the car where iam.working,and alwayssssss cover all the turbo inlets/outlets when grinding.
