David Young Plays 'Imagine' on Two Recorders at Once

I was extremely lucky to have been able to see the incredibly talented David Young, one of my favorite musicians, performing live in a very intimate setting at the Shaker Woods Festival in Columbiana, Ohio on August 8, 2009. I took my mother to the festival to see David, too, and we both thoroughly enjoyed both his amazing playing and his wonderully relaxed personality, and right from the first row in front of the little stage where he played. I captured this video with my Canon PowerShot A650 IS camera.
For those not familiar with David Young, let's just say that he is one of the most talented and successful independent artists that emerged in the 1990s. He has mastered a unique playing style by which he creates incredibly beautiful harmonies on two recorders at once. It ranks as one of the most beautiful musical sounds that I have ever heard. There's really way too much that I could say about David, so rather than listening to my shameless gushing, it would be better if you just visited his site and read his very cool biography for yourselves.
