Thank you. They force the high risk / rhythm shooting on everyone to learn ques on 3-4 server timings 😂 everyone is Randy Moss on the lanes & it’s a “skill issue” when you complain about anything on the WORST 2K EVER. Definitely my last year they’ve lost their minds 😂

Bro you spitting facts especially when you say a algorithm is forcing you to make a new player. One day my player feels like a great player, making everything and dunking everything. The next day my visual cue feels like it’s been moved because I’m getting slightly lates over and over, and my player refuses to dunk on wide open fast breaks. He slows down and wait on the defense so he can get his shit blocked by 6’1 point guards. I’m a 6’9 power forward with 87 driving dunk. The shit is ridiculous
2K25 is the worst 2k I've ever played and I've been playing since 2k17. I see lots of cheaters in starting 5. I'm over 70% to starter 2 and I gave up on 2k25. Rec is unplayable with randoms. 2k25 is exactly how cheeser TH-camrs want it to be. It allows them to make dribble God sniper builds and it allows them to green contested shots consistently, so they can abuse exploits to win and get clips easier. I believe 2k added legend badges and added inflation to the builder to make it far easier to mess up our builds, so they can make more money from VC. AI and randoms miss nearly every wide-open shot from my HOF dimer. We've been asking for a vote to kick option for many years, but I believe 2k will only continue to ruin the game, so I give up on it. Undisputed is releasing in days, so I'll be on that, so I won't have to rely on teammates.
It sounds like 2K25 is less "basketball simulation" and more "cheese factory." lol
@@MoneySide2x I have a long list of things that ruin 2k25, but some key things are builder inflation. Steals overpowering passing. I have 85 passing and I think dimer is the only passing badge I get on gold and I use the 1 up perk to get it on HOF, but ai and human players still brick nearly every wide open shot from HOF dimer. The steals seem to be random instead of skill based. I don't get steals and the ball doesn't go loose while bums are dribbling the ball into my player a lot, but cheesers steal the ball from me by spamming square while they are out of position for a steal even while I hold post control. You already know the shooting is horrible and that's why I believe it's lots of cheaters because they green nearly every contested shots, even off dribble. I could write a book about all of the problems with 2k25, but 2k doesn't care, so I'm moving on to other games.

The dribbling is so freaking slow i feel like I'm moving on quicksand. Passing feels delayed. Shot timing is inconsistent. Fouling is annoying. This game bruh

I been peeping that after a while of shooting great my shot all of a sudden is changed. Woke up one day and my shot was fast ash, changed it again and it happened in a week
Let’s talk about how Layups are nerfed too, and mid range, lol the turned this into a catch and shoot game
Like bro I have a 93 layup my advice to anyone is dont even put layups up this year, you get no fouls , all layup animations are slow
Basically you put the perfect player on the title, this game literally makes you play like klay thompson , if you have skill can’t really use it no more. (Not saying Klay has no skill, he definitely do im just saying it force you to catch and shoot as a guard)

The shot meter disappears right when you’re about to release is so crap. They ruined shooting. Made it a science experiment or someshit. It’s a game we want to just play, it don’t need to be Einstein to shoot.
I said the same thing about the meter disappearing playing rec with my friends lol I understand they want to implement new systems but there's a easier way to add to their game instead of dragging everyone to specific things for them to enjoy the game

this game has only been out for a month and it feels like july & it simply because it was designed for the people who cheat the game, not for the who enjoy playing the game.
I understand your frustration! It can be tough when a game seems to cater more to cheaters than to genuine players. Hopefully, the developers will listen to the community and make adjustments.
Exactly 2k caters to people who exploit the game. I tell my squad we so focused on playing real basketball, we keep forgetting we have to cheat to win. Everybody spamming bum steals and lane steals while also shooting with zens. I hate this toxic community
This is why I don’t preorder 2K. It’s a good idea to wait & see how the game plays on release.
Especially, when 2K prefers money over quality. That’s why we get a new 2K every year! 😂

The main problem with the game is bad coding. Its so bad thats why the game has so much RNG in it to hide the bad coding

Layups is garbage this year, last year it was good, out of all the things to fix , they chose to ruin layups and fouls, and also slow down all layup animations lol wow.
That’s what did it for me. I’m a 6’3 pg 99 and I had 2 locks on my team 71 and 73 who wouldn’t even pass the god damn ball needless to say we loss. I’d rather just play offline this shhhh is so trash.

The problem with sbmm isnt the fact we play sweats 24/7 its how long it takes to play the game and the type of players that are labeled as “sweats” when all they do is exploit the game knowing the shooting is inconsistent im literally losing games because i have to face “2” 96 reb+ centers every game its annoying

They cut and when you pass the ball sometimes the flare out to mid baseline area or even on a fast break they don’t go to the basket sometimes on an open fast break shit don’t make sense
Turn cross play off problem solved. Honestly I think this year was the worst . 1001 shot timings. Different latency in every mode. Forcing me to shoot with the stick on top of dribbling is just physically impossible. 😂

there’s deadass no reason to play high risk shooting i literally feel like the green window is bigger on normal risk lmfao. and it’s not about making whites i play rec and i average 20 shooting 56 from the field and 45 from 3. i have a 90 3 ball and i DONT MAKE WHITES on normal risk i swear i make like one white every 6 games and my center with a 70 3 ball will make one white a game. but bro because i dont make whites i tell myself why not just shoot high risk because im greening or missing anyway and the green window is supposed to be bigger. bro i yesterday played high risk and i was shooting like 1/5 and shit bro and i know my timing i shoot with meter off i’ve shot without a meter since 2k20 and i’ve always been good. then i turn on normal risk for the next game i drop a 40 ball with 7/9 3s, 2 3’s in the last 7 secs of regulation w a buzzer beater and i was 6/6 from 3 to end regulation bruh. every 3 was green. high risk is fucking ass unless ur rhythm shooting.

I totally get what you mean! 2K has had its share of quirks over the years. It can be frustrating when the mechanics seem off, but hopefully, they'll iron those issues out in future updates!

Animation gameplay is the issue. it takes away from gameplay and puts movement all on the stat system......Your not controlling the player 70% of the time..... This is why the new Boxing Game Undisputed is trash also

Nothing's good....except the Visuals............2K isn't about good or bad features as much as it's about 2K going the Teen/Arcady route.......instead of evolving into a True basketball sim by now....... I stopped playing 2K 5yrs ago..... Curry build ruined the game....and monetization..... The park and rec are full of hood children.....who are slow minded and don't pass........ 2K was ruined years ago

the only game modes that aren’t sweaty are theater and rec the servers are just trash tho 2k they’re some small company and can’t make a good game. maybe if they didn’t kill off nba live they’d have actual good ideas to pull from

I’m going to say this again PRO PLAY RUINED 2k there are no normal catch animations or dribble animations it feels like your player just runs in quicksand and when you want to go to a certain direction your player will do some dumb shit that you didn’t even tell him to do wtf when you are trying to drive to the paint why the fuck does your player take the widest possible route after a dribble move? You will get the ball stolen from you 9/10 trying to do that and oh shit I forgot you know the ghost strips when you are going up for a layup and your player magically loses the ball what a joke of an animation paint defence is non existent how tf is a little guard scoring on my big who is 7’0 with his hands up in the paint & my build who is 6’10 with his hands up the guard was like 6’2 God forbid you try to pass the rock down court that shit is getting plucked outta the sky like prime OBJ why the fuck are my passes so slow when I have 85 pass accuracy and HOF dimer they should be able to catch the ball and not stumble wtf
