It was originally going to be an outdoor one-arm pushup tutorial, but I just checked the weather and it looks like it's going to snow... So indoor video it is. I'd like to make a video on the "Gambler's Fallacy." The relevancy to this channel is questionable, but it's an important lesson I learned and would like to share. It shows how sometimes our bad decisions are just "sunk cost" and need to be jettisoned so we can move on. If you flip a quarter 20 times in a row and get all tails, you're NOT more likely to get heads on the next flip. It's still 50:50. Hope you're all well! Feel free to share more indoor content ideas. I always love reading your suggestions.

I know this is an older video, but I really appreciate the positivity and honesty (especially with having your own gym equipment store). It's been almost 3 months since I started exercise and your approach of "start easy and progressively improve/up the difficulty" has been a blessing. I started off for a month learning to do a proper pushup with some bodyweight exercises, and now I've been going to the gym for a while having fun and trying to keep the same mindset!

The fact that he said he sells fitness products and that they are handy but that you don't need any products to be healthy is what sold me. Honesty is best policy. My post will certainly get lost in the sea of comments, but this video is actually incredibly reassuring. I have excess fat in the arms that I haven’t necessarily seen any reduction in. I’ve been working out arms twice a week for 2 months now, and now have muscles that I never thought to be possible- but I’ve come to the realization that better results require extended progress. Maybe some alterations in my diet and I’ll be far better off!

I honestly love all his advice. He's the first person that actually makes me think I can better my fitness.
I just love this man's energy.
The fact that he said he sells fitness products and that they are handy but that you don't need any products to be healthy is what sold me. Honesty is best policy. No guilt tripping, no miracle promises, no "secret tricks", just 100% facts packaged in an easily understandable and entertaining format.

My post will certainly get lost in the sea of comments, but this video is actually incredibly reassuring. I have excess fat in the arms that I haven’t necessarily seen any reduction in. I’ve been working out arms twice a week for 2 months now, and now have muscles that I never thought to be possible- but I’ve come to the realization that better results require extended progress. Maybe some alterations in my diet and I’ll be far better off!
