    Highly overpriced.. Around view is nothing special.. At worli only I was getting 636 Sq. Ft for 2.36 cr.. Considering that, I would rather purchase a whole floor of 6000 Sq ft.. that should cost me around 2.36 cr x 10 = 25 Cr 😊

    if u have 500 crore then only buy a 53 cr house, else live in rent and put 53 cr in shares and mutual fund, it will be 500 cr in 10 year.

      Yeah. Same goes for iPhone if u had monthly earing of 4 lakh to 5 lakhs only then buys iPhone pro max. Otherwise most people buy iPhone and use it for 6 to 8 years and then give it to their children's. Like really for 6 to 8 yrs. Any iPhone is outdated after 4 years max. And in 8 yrs you are living in somewhere world.

      Well, Since you're utilizing the space alot more and accommodate a lot more people in same area If you build vertically. and there's nothing special too. It's just a tall building, I don't own the land I just own a pocket in the air. Makes no sense on how pricing is working

    When you spend a price in the range of 53 crores, would it be unrealistic to expect a sit out, balcony. Additionally, when you have a glass facade all around you house, it gives more of a feeling of a hotel or corporate suite as opposed to a home. Just my thoughts. There are so many more properties with incredible old world character in areas like Malabar hill, Colaba etc

    Hilarious how these flats sit on the market for years and the builder or owner who clearly overpaid, think someone will be stupid enough to pay even more. These buildings were built years ago and clearly have gone no where.

    Exactly who buys these apartment mate?. I could only think of two people 1) investors with black money or one who didn't want to pay their fare share of taxes and 2) people who do not want to seen by general public but also do not have thousands of crore to build a mansion thus willingly becomes the slaughter for this overpriced ugly box.
    At least in other such overpriced apartment you would have good views, good quality finishes. But this one looks ugly, not a great view and those finishes looks second quality at best. How many years has it been since those glass pane have been touched by human hands, they looks dirty explain even maintenance is bad in this facility.
