I didn’t know I should print the evisa. Thanks for the tip! You have the best list of essential tips of all the other tubers! Thank you. I’m a motorcyclist and getting my international license for bigger than 50cc bikes.
Brilliant video. Very informative. My wife and I Will be travelling from Ireland to Vietnam at end of March 2024 and you have given us some very helpful advice. Your English is excellent and I have subscribed to your channel. Thank you.
Thank you so much. I am glad that you found this useful. Wishing you a good summer trip here 🍀 If you are in Danang, let me know 😇 have a good weekend 🍀
Hello I found your videos very informative and very objective. I usually don't comment on videos, but as I am going to visit da nong in August 2024, I couldn't find better information than the one you gave. You should, from my humble point of view, talk about the beauty of Vietnam and the kindness of Vietnamese people. Zakaria, from Montreal, Canada. God bless you Zakaria
Dear Sir, Peace be upon you. I will go to Vietnam for 14 days of tourism in the middle of After 10 days I want to visit Hanoi, Dalat, Danang, Phu Quoc and the last station I want to be Saigon Can you help me arrange the schedule, which airport should I land at and which I start from the second and third and so on? If you would be so kind
Thank you for this informative video! Flying ro Vietnam next month and these tipps are super helpful. Do you have any advice on what to plan during Tet Festival? Should we already preplan a hotel or do you think there will be enough available? Staying in Hanoi and Halong Bay at the time of Tet
I am glad you found this helpful. 🤗 During Tet time: - If you are here before the New Year's Eve: You can visit the flower and local markets, and be ready for street photography opportunities as there will be lots of local activities going on and it will be colorful at the market. - New Year's Eve: watch fireworks - During the first days of Tet (Lunar New Year): it's a wonderful occasion to experience the most important festival of Vietnam. The only downsides are not many local businesses will be open during Tet (or at least on the first day of Tet), so I think for the best experience, it would be best to have a local vietnamese guide for one day or two (so the person can arrange everything for you and even show your the culture better ^_^). The second downsides are availability and prices-> Yes, You should definitely book a hotel room in advance for a better price and secure your place as people will be travelling a lot around that time too. - Staying in Hanoi or HalongBay: It depends on your priorities on budget. Being on a cruise is nice. I would spend 3 days and 2 nights max for a cruise in Halong Bay/ Lan Ha Bay ^^
Hey Trinh ☺️ I have applied for the evisa and it's successfully approved thanks to your video 😊 But my questions here are 1-When i applied the e-visa form i wrote the port of entry on arrival Ho Chi Min but now my travel plans changed and my port of entry on arrival is gonna be Danang Shall i apply for new E- visa in order to change the port of entry on arrival or not? 2-One more thing My intend date of entry has changed Would that be a problem? Please advise ^^ Thanks in advance
Thank you for your video it was very helpful! I am going to Vietnam soon and I will be bringing one large suitcase and one small carry on suitcase. A lot of people usually go backpacking and take minimal luggage. I am a bit worried about my suitcase as I am going from South to North and places in between. Should I also bring a backpack instead of a luggage or is it possible to travel Vietnam with two suitcases specially with transportation is that a good idea?
I am glad that you found it useful 💚 I usually bring one large suitcase and one back bag for my camera gear when traveling around the country. On my motorcycle trip, I even have one extra small suitcase with me. If you don’t mind packing and carrying suitcases around, then it’s not a problem.
Glad that you found it useful. Entry point is important. If your entry point is Saigon, you MUST fly there. Later on you can leave from Danang or Hanoi, or other international gates here from the government’s list. Wish you a good trip to Vietnam
It was so informative. Thank you so much. As you have mentioned that whatever port i select for visa we must need to entry with the same port but I was wandering that i have selected Hanoi for entry and exit but what if i exit from Danang airport? Will there be any issue? Thanks
Thank you. I am glad that you have found it useful. Yes, you can exit from Danang or Ho Chi Minh airport while your entry is Hanoi. It matters the most is the entry port should match with the one on your application. Have a good trip.
Hi. I have my child travel with me. I know in the form, there's a section for children under 14 years old. After I put in my kid's name/gender/date of birth, 2 photos...do I need another separate form for my child? Or the information included in the form for myself is sufficient. When I pay, I should pay $50, instead of $25? Thank you.
my E visa has no point of entry on it not even a question on the form wondering where she is getting this from all of our group has not point of entry at all so dont believe everything you see here
With all due respect, please read til the end: On the recent Evisa, there’s no entry point on the visa - but there’s an entry point on the online application form. Did you and your group fill in the application yourself or have someone doing it for you guys? And which country are you from? And when did you visit Vietnam? To answer your question: Where do I guess this information regarding the entry point from? -> From my own experience: In 2023, My boyfriend had to apply for another evisa before. He had a valid evisa to enter Vietnam through danang airport but decided to enter Vietnam through a different point. ->I called the immigration officer, they told us to make a new evisa as it’s compulsory. -> Read my quick Google search with Vietnam Embassy in Norway here about the entry point mistake I have mentioned vietnamembassy-norway.org/visa-for-vietnam/e-visa/common-mistakes-in-application/ AND with all due respect, you and your friends might just be lucky before the immigration officer feel bad to ask you to leave the country and come back - or maybe something else… I don’t really know what happened in your case specifically. You might find this information not useful for you, but this will help to save others time and hassles at their entry gate to Vietnam and have a better trip in my home country. Best, Trinh
The application from on this page does have a question on the point of entry so her information is valid. - evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/khai-thi-thuc-dien-tu/cap-thi-thuc-dien-tu😁
Thank you. It’s safe here. I have been traveling all around the country, event to the most remote regions, no problems at all. In stead, I have had great memories and meaningful adventures.
, You are seriously mistaken. Vietnam is exceptionally safe. I have traveled throughout that country for about five months during the past two years, often totally alone and never felt the least bit threatened.
Also, you will be cheating yourself out of a wonderful experience if you permit your misplaced sense of fear to keep you from going to this beautiful country full of kind, wonderful people.

What is the correct link to apply e visa
Can I get a visa on arrival if I’m a US citizen or do an evisa before?
You will need an evisa before.
Can visas be applied months in advance I feel like I should do visa before buying tickets. Like how far advance can I get visa
Yes but look for a place you are likely to book with because you need to put down an address on the visa form
