    Ich bin begeistert👏👏 Werde es einmal genau so probieren. Die Zutaten mit Kichererbsen etc. ist genial. Backe ebenfalls Landbrot, genetztes Brot ...etc. lasse es auch drei Tage im Kühlschrank, mit immer wieder falten, gehen. Hefe nur erbsengroß zum Anspringen. Es wird luftig und ist dadurch sehr bekömmlich! Ich liebe Ihren Kanal🥰😍 🙌

    وصفة جميلة نسميها الفايش نصنعها دائما في جنوب مصر خميرة الحمص واللبن ونخلطها بالدقيق والسمن ونقطع الخبز بعد النضج الى شرائح ونعيد تحميصها في الفرن مرة أخرى
    شكرا للوصفة الجميلة التي تؤكد ان جميع الشعوب كانت واحد في الماضي

    When you have strained out the chickpeas and added flour to the liquid, how long does it take to ferment please to make our yeast?
    In England we make yeast ferment with flour and water only, giving more flour and some water every day. When the flour is added to make bread, ferment time is between 4 and 7 hours in warm house.
    My favourite shape is round, boule shape. Thank you for your time and your recipe. God bless you.
