MENG MODEL 1/35 PANTHER G/air defense armor【How to camouflage painting】

- Hello everyone. This time, I would like to show you the painting version of MENG MODEL 1/35 PANTHER G. I used poster gum for masking, so the camouflage paint is rather clear, and as usual, I added faded expressions. Please see the main part for more details. Best regards!

Wonderful Panther Ausf. G with Air Defense Armor. Simply a work of art. Simply glorious. I would just like to know if you considered the idea of converting it into Panther IR with FG1250 device. I am a fan of the German infrared equipment during WW2. Congratulations on the quality of your creations and thank you very much for sharing them. All the best
bought this kit last weekend myself sad to discover they never included the armour for the circular fan's aswell as the rear one's! Need just make them out the copper sheet! Did you notice the new white Jagdpanther sides in the box on one of the sprues? Wonder if we're getting a new Jagdpanther next then? I've got the most recent one woth the Jib but not white plastic

@@scalemodelresearch it is out ite part of there G2 kit with the pilson jib! I've got the kit it's Moulded in there yellow plastic they have now changed to that white plastic but this G2 Jagdpanther was just out in 2020/21 so yeah it's definitely the same sprue that's in my Jagdpanther G2 box! there new moulds will probably be all done in the white plastic! I got a merkava mk4 and that was in the white plastic it's much nicer to work with!
hopefully you get it love to see you build it on here the Jagdpanther G2 with the tools moved to the back is the one I've got!

Please why has this no German markings ? Like a cross.
Thanks for the comment! Because there are no decals in this kit. And it looks like this vehicle didn't have the crosses on it.

The airbrush is an old Tamiya model.

Nice video but the putty is pointless. All armour was painted with spray so a fine airbrush would have been more accurate.

@@scalemodelresearch I don't airbrush anymore but I used to have an Iwata hp-s i think? It made insanely fine lines.

お疲れ様でした。塗装は引き算だと言いますが、なるほど納得です。基本塗装後のイメージは、随分明るいトーンだなでしたが、
ウェザリングありきでしたね。何度か動画を見直させてもらっているのですが、毎回見るポイントが変わります（笑）。
ありがとうございます。私の好みではもっと明るいトーンがいいんですが、なかなか難しいんです。もしくはもっと陰影をつけるべきなのか。いつも悩んでます 笑

Very nice build ^^ but in my opinion that's not a panther G, if so that gun manteled should be flat on the lower side. Or did I miss something?
thank you! Really? Panther G was written on the package.
@@scalemodelresearch Google for some pics and take a closer look at the gun manteled. The germans changed it that way because it was a common problem that enemy shells bounced from the lower gunmatele into the top of the hull amour near the driving seat. :)
@@scalemodelresearch you got the early G version meaning exhaust is G variants while still retain A parts. If you want a Full G variant. it should be late G.
