Nice review. I wish you talked more about its off road capabilities especially the sway bar disconnect. Does it make a difference? Nonetheless, nice review.

It seems like a neat technology. Hopefully the warranty is very long and is the turbo water cooled as well as oil lubricated. Just so it might last four years longer than it should have specially for people who do not let the engine idle for three minutes before they shut it off and change the oil every 4500 miles.

I know this is an older video but just curious, you were saying you were not a fan of the adjustable ride height / suspension.. would it be better or safer to stick with a base model 4xe that doesn't have that? I was thinking about going with a Trailhawk, but I don't really do any off roading anymore but it would be nice to have a higher ride height if I'm ever driving in deep snow that we get around here sometimes.

How would you compare to the GMC AT4 Yukon? Seems to be similarly priced so which might be the best buy? I wish GM would come back out with a hybrid again.

This is much smaller. And for me the smaller size gives this the advantage over the GMC.

Just tried to build a '23 GC 4Xe Overland and it looks like they don't offer the off road group package for it anymore. Total bummer 🤬

WOW! That kills this vehicle for me then! I have a 2015 V8 Powered Overland with that offroad package, and wouldn't accept one without it!

Lincoln has an interesting *"smart suspension system"* for highway/pot hole use but be interesting to see if that makes its way into the Bronco-Jeep World War 3 off road Battle where both sides continue to win ironically enough.
Once Tesla comes out with the Cybertruck I think that will wholly and truly shake up the entire Legacy Das Auto as Rivian has already hinted at with their pure BEV Truck and now SUV.
Again though only Lincoln that I know of offers a *"smart suspension"* at the moment.

What's the point of a plug-in hybrid? Not only do you have to stop for gas you have to charge it, which takes longer than filling a gas tank. So, no cross-country road trips I'm guessing. 🤔

For those with short commutes, you can commute solely on electric power and not use gas at all. The 4xE is also capable of recharging itself while you drive so cross country trips are not a problem.

Also if you use it correctly you might only have to fill your gas tank like once a month rather than every week or every other week and that will save a ton of money especially now. I'm still on the fence for this car though as the price is still really up there, hopefully they will come down a bit if people don't rush out and buy them right away.

You don't ever have to plug it in if you don't want. It drives like any normal hybrid car that doesn't have a plug. If you do plug it in you just get 25 silent bonus miles that won't use your gas.

This was not really that great!
