That wolf that barked at the camera man had german shepherd in it. It's crazy to see the spirit personality. He went from territorial bark ofna working dog to a wild timid animal.

I have a wolf dog and I’m guessing she’s more dog than wolf because I’ve had her for 9 years and we are still going strong. Now, this is not to say that we didn’t have rough patches. When she was younger, I would say from around 1 to 5 years old she was very rambunctious and would very roughly try to play fight. Had all kinds of scratch and bite marks all over me but I never gave up on her cause she is the most loving animal I’ve ever had. Eventually, she grew out of that, and she is much easier to take care of now that she’s a calm senior citizen :)

I hear they can be really sweet and loyal dogs, but then something pops up out of nowhere sometimes. So...it's risky.

It's nice to see how big the wolves really are. Most of wolves you see in popular media are the size of medium sized dogs, but these beauties are BIG!

Wolfdogs that are more dog than wolf are actually not that hard to pet, it's basically like petting a dog

As someone who personally runs a wolf sanctuary, I find it quite bothersome that this woman would have such a lack of knowledge surrounding the animals she is working with, and caring for, that she would openly make the claim that wolves can't bark. This is just completely FALSE. Athough wolves are typically known for howling, all wolves are capable of barking, and do so under specific circumstances. Barking is most commonly used when a wolf finds itself in an uncomfortable situation, as it will bark a few times, then retreat. The ability to bark, in and of itself, has literally NO place in determining whether or not an animal is a wolf, wolfdog, or domestic dog, nor is it listed amongst the criteria for phenotype identification.
