    Here on TheTopher, I'm known for putting a camera on my face and driving cars. Whether it's about any of my personal cars or reviews on weekly press vehicles, the goal is to give you an idea of what a certain car is like to drive or live with. Most of my videos are filmed in POV, with my clothes on, and (for like the 5th time) with in-ear binaural audio. Which, if I haven't made it clear yet, is why you should wear headphones. Because of the whole "woah" factor. It's there, trust me. Try it, it's pretty nuts. Or don't. As long as you whitelist me on your adblocker I'm okay with whatever you do or don't do with regards to headphone usage. That is all. Oh and I guess you should also probably subscribe. Why are you still reading this, you should be watching the video. With headphones! Hah, had to sneak that in there one more time. Later!

      I think their demographic now is trending to be customers who will get new cars every 2-3 years so they make leasing so attractive. Chrysler, region, dealer incentives, and good negotiating can get you an otherwise really good price. I know jeeps aren’t known for extreme long term reliability but the reasons above cover that fact. Jeep’s basic limited warranty covers repairs and towing for 3 years / 36k miles, and powertrain for 5 / 60k so again those warranty plans basically covers the length of your lease. If you like them, go for it and lease!

      The technology and levels of refinement you get in vehicles nowadays is absolutely unreal compared to their counterparts even 10 years ago! Look at any Chrysler or GM product compared to what they produced before the recession! So their prices relative to the quality and features of the products haven't gone up that much, at least not an unreasonable amount, but what Austin said is definitely correct, wages haven't risen nearly enough to keep up with incremental rises in cost.

      They do keep a high re-sale value so - it’s money well spent for you.... I just need some comfy seats and no water dripping in on my head when it rains. Lol.
      As soon as the economy gets back up and running - I’m looking at a RR Velar - similar price. With an extended warranty of course / I’m old enough now to write it off for work)

    When you think that you can get a fully loaded wrangler or a Durango srt it kinda puts things into perspective. Not that these compete with each other at all but they are both 4wd SUVs and the wrangler makes the Durango look like 5 times the price on terms of refinement not to mention the durango has the 6.4 and brembos.

    • @nathanmaynard131

      The price difference has a lot to do with all of the off road goodies in the high trim wranglers. You can take a rubicon through the toughest trails at Moab and it will get through without a problem with a decent driver. Throwing a v8 in a Durango they’ve already produced for many other vehicles in their lineup is much cheaper.

      @ggolds5 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@joelrepass2379 Actually, Fiat is one of the 6 largest automative companies in the world. Most people have no idea of this, because Fiat's automotive USA division is very small. They already announced that in 2 years all their Fiat vehicles in the US will no longer be imported. Sales are poor and their quality is poor. However, they are going to pour a LOT of money into Jeep for many years to come. I should mention that Fiat also manufactures airline engines, truck engines, even train engines. this is actually why Fiat is so large in other countries. So in reality, my stating, automative investing, is only a slice of what makes them so large as a global company . The future of Jeep for Fiat Chrysler is extensive, look at the Gladiator as a good example. FCA is an (association) not corporation with Jeep. So, Chrysler has an open book to make the Jeeps top vehicles in their class, or any class. Basically Chrysler now has the resources to go wild on the Jeep brand. Exactly what they needed. They essentially invested huge money into Jeep which is why the new Jeeps, especially the Wrangler are now top of their game. My 19 Unlimited Sahara is at the same quality level as the vehicle I traded in , a Kia Sorento SXL-V6. I had a Range Rover Evoque before that. That started falling apart the day I purchased it. I had 4 new Jeeps in 90,92,95,97. They were reliable even though Consumer Reports rated them horribly. They actually still do. The seats in my 19 are incredibly comfortable and I love getting in it every time I drive it, no matter how long or short the drive. Not sure why their are so many reviewers that complain about wind noise. It does make more wind noise then most vehicles but it isn't obnoxious. I can have normal volume conversations on the highway. They are damn expensive but you actually get a lot of features and safety into the new package. People don't realize just how expensive it is to add so much into a Wrangler. I got the advanced safety package which includes slow and fast active braking and park assist. The Uconnect system is the best Nav and Apple car play on any vehicle. Super fast and easy to use. It makes BMW and Mercedes systems look horrible. Okay, enough ranting. Enjoy.

    The only problem with Jeep 2019-2020 is the play in steering wheel. it annoys a new driver a lot when it required to put lot of afford to keep jeep in lane. i took it to the dealership and according to them nothing wrong with it but if you see on jeep form and everyone own 2019-2020 has same problem and no recall has been issued yet.

      A Wrangler built for off road does not get sports car steering. It is that way for a reason. It does not look like play in the steering , just a slower ratio.

      @@BoopSnoot you forgtot to add that all Ecosports are fully built in INDIA. Third World Car built in a Third World Country and sold in the US!! Way to Go Ford!! By the way I was born in Argentina and have been living in Canada since 1984. Currently in Argentina now for holidays. I know all about the Ecosport, if you think the current one is bad you should have seen the first generation that came out here in 2003. At least now it is the Third generation and Much Improved over the Original. The fact that it is built in India and SO expensive is unforgivable. The ones that they sell in south america are built in Brazil and much worse quality than the ones sold in US and Canada built in India. I would stay away from them.

    this Wrangler Unlimited or a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk? My wife has a Wrangler itch, but I don't think she knows what she would be getting into with the Wrangler Unlimited. She loved her '04 Pathfinder and I think the GC Trailhawk would better suit her (needs) than a Wrangler. The only problem is we see a Wrangler every 5 minutes in our SW OH area. Wranglers are cool, but I'm not totally in board...yes, yes, happy wife, happy life; but if her "dream" car turns about to be less than desirable, then what?
