Great question, Daniel. I hear you - and I’ll continue using it on INSTAGRAM (which is where that GA GA GA originated from). Based on numerous feedback this past year, it seems (1) most people have no clue why I say that, and I have to explain it almost on a daily basis, and (2) it seems the video (intro) is perhaps better off by me saying what I’m about to do within seconds of starting the video - for any viewer than to decide whether to continue watching that video, or not…🤔

The house is gorgeous but I feel like the agents didn't take time to elaborate on the subtle specs of the house, and why take a lift when doing a house tour when you can take the stairs so that the audience can truly experience the house.

This type of design isn’t for everyone - my wife being one of them - but luckily I do have video tours with other design styles on my page to enjoy 🤗
