Omg I'm gonna sell my heart to buy one of these. I really think this house is fabulous, they are so right about the pool. The manner in which it is designed makes it impossible for the onlooker to look away. The fact that this house is glass it is bonus, it's like from every room u can still admire the pool. Overall the design n layout is so good, very spacious but I feel like homeowners can still do so much with that space. This house is so balanced, I absolutely loved the main bedrooms' bathroom, I've always loved the idea of bathing outside, the exterior extended bathroom n shower glass in my opinion gives off that illusion

Stunning indeed, Shaun. I hear you - agents in SA are rather funny. They don’t like other agents through the house as “they have the mandate”, which limits what I can do. Marussia does a lot of home tours with me as she’s a top agent with new properties coming onto her books in a daily/weekly basis. I don’t always have access to her - so I need to make a choice - either don’t do the tour, or do it but with a “non-Marussia”. I enjoyed touring with Joelle - I know she’s not Marussia, but I thought she did very well for her first time. It’ll only get better as we get feedback from viewers such as yourself - thank you 🤗

It is stunning It but it would appear to have a couple of drawbacks ..... Nowhere does one mention backup power which in today's load shedding environment would be the first priority when buying houses in this price range..would appear that there is an open piece of land next door. so someone will be building their house next to you. Having said that it is a well made video as usual and the house is very nice
