Coheed for life, but when I hear claudio somehow manifest this level of acoustic i start to be convinced that his voice is made for that style of music. He does it almost without trying it's just the soothing tone of his natural voice. Basically if Claudio soloed a acoustic career.. I would get it

It's really hard to tell with the angle he's holding his guitar. He has the capo at the 4th fret. The first high note is a B, so I'm guessing it's the 2nd string/12th fret based on his hand position. Unless he's playing in a different tuning than standard, but I don't think that's the case in this one. Maybe we can figure it out together. I can hear the high melody fairly well, but my ear's not good enough to hear the middle and bass notes to put it all together. I think the high melody goes |B...||A...||G#...||F#.F.||A...||G#.G#F#||F...||E...| (I tried to mark timing with periods and measures with vertical lines. Hopefully it makes sense.)

Check out his solo project Prize Fighter Inferno. It's pretty much exactly that.
Although not as gruff with his voice, I could see him having a Cornell -level quality acoustic& solo albums if he ever does
I can't explain but the chords scale from low to high and he never ends low vocally when you expect him to and it's enough to melt my brain
