Great vid. Latest CBR600RR rear end looks super dated to me but it's good to have some 600 i4's back. I wonder if Suzuki & Yamaha will follow suit & were also waiting for the 5b regs? Surely the GSXR750 is worth resurrecting. Either way I think they're could be a new GSXR1000 with semi-active suspension on the cards next year.

The high pass in Wales that you’re looking for is the Gospel Pass which is far cooler than the one Zack and Spurgeon did because that’s where they filmed An American Werewolf in London. 😎

We still need a road-biased YZF-R9, and a crazy 135-150 HP KTM RC990 would be amazing, but the obvious missing models are the CBR750R and a Chinese Duke 790 derived RC790.
I think that the unique position that the 790 Duke currently holds as a cheap to manufacture middleweight naked that competes more with Monsters, MT-09s, Street Triples, but costs in the GSX-8S, Trident 660, MT-07, SV650, CB750 Hornet field, would make it the default dominant "650-800cc sport bike" killer.
The only real competition would be a much more expensive RS660.

Any news on the CBR650R? Hardly any detailed walkaround video available on TH-cam for the 2024 model

Wild to me that Honda hasn't yet released a CB750 based sport bike yet, but I wonder if it's being held up by their US noise restrictions preventing them from releasing the USDM CB750 Hornet?
They're finally bringing the Transalp to the US a year late, but rumored to be cut down to ~83 HP for the same restrictions that forced Kawasaki to gimp the ZX-4RR down to 56 HP.
That effectively kills it's HP advantage over Suzuki's 776cc twin platform. Acceptable in a less HP focused adventure market with the Transalp, but a non-starter in the sporty naked and super sport markets.

Euro bikes are just better in all aspects than the japanese bikes . I know this will piss people off but its just the truth .
