What an incredible live sound. Some bands go entire careers without ever sounding this good live.
And you think this is a recording made with one mic or something? Hehe... Don't count on it. There was a full-fledged recording studio backstage and afterwards there was a lot of mixing and brushing up involved 😆Production-wise it's not even that great, the sound is quite flat.
Watching this live makes me want to be at a Iron Maiden concert even more. Amazing band, needs to be more bands like them.

My mom and dad were metalheads from 1984 to mid-90s when they were young 13/14. They had me very young (17/18) at the very end of the 80's. The sound of the guitars instantly takes me back to being a kid at backroad keggers. I can still smell the aquanet, empty Budweiser cans and Marlboro lights. It's a strange, comfortable nostalgia.

1991 when I was 18 years old, I had a job at an IHOP restaurant. After getting off work every night I would walk across Fort Logan National Cemetery. Half way through, I would sit next to a pond and hear the Ducks flapping their wings etc. Then I would continue my long walk all the way home. It was an Unforgettable experience under the moonlight.

Iron Maiden at Ullevi has to be one of the greatest conserts I've ever been to (if you exclude the sound problems).

Zec Gaming Grymt, just hemkommen från Volbeat - Scandinavium. Inte lika bra som Maiden. Som är årets konsert än så länge. Har varit på ganska många. Ska troligen på Saxon. Sen Kent i Stockholm och sen Jonathan Johansson på Pustervik här i Göteborg den 17:e december. The Book of Souls turné fortsätter nästa år. Tänker åka på minst en av de konserterna.

Every video I've seen of maiden is that they just seem to thoroughly enjoy what they do. You couldn't better their interaction with the audience, that's why their live shows are awesome!

Perfect! Those were the times when HEAVY METAL was ruling the world, that's why the mood was optimistic and things went well for almost everybody. When majority of the people are positive, things get well for all. And this music, including Fear of the dark, Be Quick or be ... etc should move us on. Let the music guide & teach us! Looking forward to see the IRON MAIDENS live in 2018!
