Was at this game. Definitely the best game I’ve ever attended. Even as a Nebraska fan the snow and willie on the pressbox doing the kkkkkSsssssUuuuuuuuu was pretty badass. I was freezing but we had amazing seats. Great times ❤️

I was at this game with my pops , corner end zone. I was 9 years old. I remember the snow but I don't remember being cold. I can still smell the air and the chatter from the season ticket holders that we sat next to every game. Man, rewatching this, we could have easily been up 33 even 40 to 14 at the end of the 3rd lol this game could have been alot worse for Nebraska. Tons of undisplined and missed opportunities. Great game though. Stormed the field, didn't make it home until 3 or so in the morning
Man was I ticked at this loss when it happened, but I will say that watching Nebraska beat Colorado 34-32, and throttling Northwestern in the Alamo Bowl 66-17 was a nice way to let out the frustration.
One of the best games.....according to Nebraska Announcers....Bring back Nebraska to Big 12.... I was there in 1998, and 2000. Froze my ass off in 1970 at Lincoln...freeze game.....would have been a great K-State Win...if not for 30 degree and 40 mph winds.
weather was not a problem in 2000. Football is about playing in the Elements.....But 40 mph wins and 30 degrees is too much obstacle in Lincoln, NE in 1970. In both games 1998 and 2000, KSU came from behind to win.
This was a great finish, but this game shouldn't have even been close! K-State left A LOT of points on the board in the third quarter! Quincy Morgan was a man amongst boys but a good finish nonetheless!

K-state games were a lot of fun back in the day. This game was almost as exciting as the win over the Huskers in '98.
