Is this included in SecureCRT by default or only included for SecureFX+SecureCRT Combo? @vandykesoftware

The SFTP tab in SecureCRT has nothing to do with SecureFX. It's a SecureCRT feature that exists in SecureCRT.

Does this work or have any uses with Cisco devices?

In order for the SFTP tab to work at all, the SSH2 server to which SecureCRT is connected must implement the SSH2 File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) AND your user account on the SSH2 server device must be allowed access to SFTP functionality. Cisco devices do not generally implement the SSH2 File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), so the SFTP tab in SecureCRT will not likely work if you're connected to a Cisco device. If you desire file transfer capability to/from a Cisco device, use SecureFX with the Transfer Protocol set to "SCP", or use SecureCRT's built-in TFTP server, if that's allowed on your network.
