    I love your video Im so infatuated with my air bags I just came on youtube to see if everyone else loves theirs as much. I have a 33 foot rv that really takes a toll on my chevy 1500 2018. Since I got the air bags my truck stops shifts tows and all around handles the camper better I can't recommend these enough. If you're thinking about it do it. It's worth it I feel like I got a new truck. My truck used to squat down three inches. Now I air it up to 60 psi and its at the original ride height with the camper on and it feels amazing.

      Do you have The airlines teed off so you can fill them together, I'm so confused how you're supposed to fill them up one at a time..

      @@patrickquerry5768 I don't have them teed off together but ive been meaning to. I have a fat max air compressor that you can set the psi to and it will automatically stop

    Excellent job. Great video and well explained. Now to put mine in because it drives me nuts to have it squat down.

    Great write up/review/install explanation/how to. Going to run my lines with a T and a single shraeder valve. I've got a 2018 Silverado, with approx 1300# of weight in the bed (camper, camping gear and a 3/4" plywood drawer setup and need to level things out. Thanks!

    I just put a set of these on my 2008 GMC 3500 dually. Going to be hauling a 5000 lb truck camper it should help with squat and handling.
    My install looked a little easier less stuff to remove.

      @ultimatejay ปีที่แล้ว

      you dont need bags on a 3500 dually, they are designed to tow way more than that.

    Do these bags stretch enough when rear suspension travels all way down? (on a lifter for example)

    Did you have to fully lift the truck off the ground?

  • @saltyhead4774

    I bought a Chevy Silverado 2010 and it came with the air lift installed already but I tried putting air already and after an hour or 2 the air comes out and starts flaping making a loud nasty noise while driving or when I'm in a bumpy road or a hump it hit metal with metal.
    My question is would it affect if I take them out. I don't pull or carry anything heavy no use for it.?????

    • @lucasodell3976
      @lucasodell3976  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      if you take them out you shouldn't have a problem so long as you don't jump the truck because you no longer have bump stops but as far as drivability is concerned you'd be fine

  • @johnweaver3977

    So did you have to drill the frame anywhere? Or just drill for air valves?

      depends on how much tonge weight you have i usually had around 30 but on my dads truck he runs closer to 40
