Vake-Tuote 3 tube fluorescent fixtures

Kind staff let me see these turning on. There were some EOL lamps which I did tell them.

Instead of just EOL tubes, I think there are some stuck starters also.

Yes, the starters got stuck right few minutes after turning them on. The right side light at the end did flicker too before I filmed it.
