The house that blows up is an alcheimists. In a st denis news article they explain that the man was trying to make gold using cheap materials and his house blew up before he could succeed.
Absolutely, it makes it very obvious that they ran out of time. I would have rather them just include Blackwater across through tall trees with no map limit for Arthur giving them time to make the epilogue more fleshed out.
There really should’ve been a DLC that expanded the story where we get some story missions in New Austin. It’s just so weird how there’s only one mission where you go to New Austin.
There's loads of speculation over the Strange Man. Some people say he is literally God. Some say he's the Grim Reaper, Some say he's literally just Johns' conscience
@@FilbeeGaming The Strange Man is heavily based on the Mysterious Stranger. The Mysterious Stranger, or simply No. 44, was a character originally created for an unfinished manuscript written by Mark Twain. This work is called "The Mysterious Stranger." One of the names for the stranger in the novel was "Satan", so it's safe to tie the Strange Man with the Devil, not saying that he is tho, he's just inspired by it. Source: In the game-files, the character's PED model is labeled as "mysteriousstranger."
Ive litterally never hard of anyone that thinks the strange man is one of johns ancestors , pretty muc only heard of him being the grim reaper or satan.
Honestly, in this sea of RDR2 content: the fact that you manage to call it 'san-de-knee' (like it's pronounced int' game) gives me joy and hope for the rest of your vids and this coming year. And Happy Christmas! ✌🎄🎅
Well most of the people in game, come from the other side of the ocean (uk, wales, Dutch, etc), so it makes sense with his accent, he’d be able to say it similar or exactly how they do. Where as with my American accent, it sounds weird and improper and “San Duh Knee” is more fitting
Coots Chapel? There's a few of the McFarlanes buried their to. Back in the first title, Drew, Bonnies father tells how he's buried more children than he's raised, this is a reference
There is an article in one of the newspapers talking about an alchemist that lives in a house in the middle of the desert, I think it even specifies that it's in Cholla Springs. Supposedly this guy figured out how to turn copper into gold, or so the article claims. Basically, it is heavily implying that this guy lives in the exploding house. So definitely not a Moonshiner.
I like the video, lots in here I missed. If I may give a small critique or feedback. It would have been nice if the video listed the stuff in a more organized order, what I mean to say is I was running around back and forth to get all this done in a single run, if it was presented in a way that let me do all the stuff on the west side first, then all the stuff in the east side next it would have saved me a lot of time. But other than that solid video, keep it up.
Fun fact, the 2 crows location that has the donkey lady, is also a nod to Red Harlows house where his parents were k*lled. You'll see the grave of Reds dad in front of the burnt down house. Reds house also got burnt down.

"This area is off limits until the epilogue"
Arthur, Carrying a deer: "Like hell it is, Just you try and stop me."
Arthur after abandoning John, Dutch, and Jack at Bronte's while escaping the law twice and riding right in
They definitely coulda flushed new Austin out a little more. It feels really unfinished to me. It’s cool yeah but not as detailed as it should.
For sure, it's night and day. Once you go to new Austin it's a completely different and empty feel. Wish they did more with it.

I gotta tell ya. I’ve seen every strange man theory out there and have never ONCE heard that he’s John’s ancestor

What mission is it
@@thelegendaryzonaiwarrior6400 there will be
They left that part with no content for a reason

I'd say the conscience theory is probably right
The strange man's cabin can be found by Arthur as well as John though.

In the latest Panel Roger and Rob agreed that the Strange Man being Gavin is a cool and realistic idea. So Imma go with that one😆
Remember to search the exploding house, there's some goodies there.

Most underrated TH-cam channel, good informational videos with great editing, keep up the amazing work
Thank you so much

Excellent video again Fillbee. I found the marked grave of the brother of Mr Moon by the old church near the town where Mr
Moon is.

Zhou is the family name, not their first names
Thanks, I just read it as was written in the letter

Zhou is a reference to a character that is alive in RD1 but dead in RD2, even though it’s a prequel?
That's what I thought?!
No, the man in RDR1 is the one that the dead guy in RDR2 was looking for.
