3:27 To explain for Cammy and others who may be confused why Tusk of the Boar is desirable, it’s the second ever Wave Frame to have chain reaction like Forbearance does and it’s in top slot, unlike Forbearance, and as a result this weapon’s existence opens up many new loadouts in Endgame PvE that we wouldn’t have access to before, like running a chain reaction wave frame with Divinity or Fourth Horseman.
Chain Reaction isn't even the best perk in that column. Reread Deconstruct

You have been looking at the old version of the GG weapons I think. Taraxippos now has Eye of the Storm, and Title has Repulsor Brace + Destabilizing, stuff worth mentioning
Title also has Deconstruct in the fourth column to go with Hakke Breach Armaments, and now that it's fixed to work properly on titan barricades, it seems really good for pressuring those. Throw on like Threat Detector or DSR or something. (Too bad it doesn't also stack Attrition Orbs on barricades)

10:18 precision bows are doing 128 damage to the head, with golden tricorn x2 this only increases to 192 damage, so it will not be able to one tap.
To one tap a tier 10 guardian, you need:
Golden tricorn x2
Lumina buff
Arc weapon surge x2
For a total of 231 damage
How was the hit reg on them? I’m out of town for work so seeing what a bow enthusiast has to say.
@@TheChinchillaArmythey feel ok at range. The most noticeable thing is the range on hipfire shots, making them feel awkward up close.
Not entirely sure if the nerf really helps the pain points of bows though, whilst they're definitely harder to use now (which is good) they're gonna be most effective for teamshotting at the back of the map. Which sucks to play against still, and is also really boring to play yourself.
@@zWarhead Weapons with high chunking damage have always been able to be used that way. The fact that players weren't doing it much before is more a testament to the stubbornness and aggressiveness of Destiny players. Bows, 150 Scouts, 120 HCs have all been great teamshooting weapon options that are only really just now being used this way.
I get the frustration in playing against teams that actually use them in that manner, but that's what they're designed to be doing in the first place. The fault pretty much falls on Bungie for putting in weapons like this instead of focusing exclusively on high fire rate, low damage weapons to lean into the mobility/high action aspect of Destiny.
Adjudicators determined recoil is a zigzag (left to right) and honestly that’s a huge weakness because it kicks to the other direction every 3rd bullet
Looking forward to seeing you pick out all the nuances of the new sandbox. One particular thing of note I've seen is using volatile rounds to completely cut out the extra 30 health. Volatile detonates after 200 damage, but guardians now have 230, so using any volatile weapon basically guarantees the knockout in 200 HP. So Tusk of the Boar with deconstruct might potentially be insane. Deconstruct pulls ammo from thin air, with its activation requirement being scoring 50% of magazine size rounded down + 2 hits. If you’re able to get 2 hits on a shot you have a free reload and never use ammo. The only downside to this being that deconstruct is in the 4th column so you’re losing access to chain reaction. But it definitely has potential to be an amazing gun

snapskating into a group of enemies with wildstyle on rain of fire to fire both shots quickly sounds like fun
Fun fact about Fioritura: Hipfire Grip/Offhand Strike makes it the rangiest sidearm in the game (other than the special ammo ones) with a whopping 22.76m hipfire damage falloff assuming max range on the rest of the roll.
By comparison a 100 range Shayura's Wrath is 23.52m and max range Immortal Adept is 22.61m these days (including adept mod and Keep Away, but not Killing Wind because that's fourth column and you probably have Target Lock or Kill Clip over it).
I would also not overlook Deconstruct on Tusk of the Boar or The Title (you have last year's versions of The Title and Taraxippos in the video, as others have pointed out). For Tusk of the Boar, you're taking advantage of Deconstruct's ability to reload the mag from thin air just for hitting multiple targets (should be easy on that gun), which may honestly make that a better choice than Chain Reaction.
The Title combines Deconstruct with Hakke Breach Armaments for the perfect anti-barricade primary--I think only Belisarius-D rolls that perk and origin combo otherwise, and you'd lose out on Zen Moment and some stats from the grip to take it (plus it's just a little less DPS I think).
It's also not the worst idea on Darkest Before, since it's in column 3 for that gun. You lose out on Elecap or Heal Clip, but if you're burning a bunch of the mag into a barricade anyway, might as well add the origin trait damage to Headseeker to make the kill afterward consistent. Or you can just do fourth column Surplus if you want the stats.
If deconstruct works as stated then, tusk of the boar might outperform forberance with infinite ammo, only requiring 2 or 3 hits on every shot. I personally doubt it will work like that though, but keep an eye on deconstruct roll when IB comes

It's fine... But because of you needing to reload constantly you'll probably just want enlightened actions for a faster reload. Either that or some reload mods on your arms. It's still nice though.
I've been in prophecy for a few hours the past 2 days. Got some good weapons, it's not bad solo which I typically run anyway! Target lock is still good on the SMG, got it with range finder and target lock. I was melting guardians in supremacy!
What do you run for loadout? I been running an smh fusion and sword with well. I have t solid the last boss Tbh, but the rest of the dungeon is definitely farmable solo
@@mrpk646 I normally run strand fusion season of the wish one crafted. That parabellum SMG with heal clip frenzy with sword that has surrounded first encounter of course. In the cube room same fusion and SMG but I use an LMG with substance and incandescent. But my biggest survival kit is my strand titan!
The second and third encounters are kind of a PITA, but the first encounter literally dies to a Gunslinger in three hits (one to apply weaken with the melee via the artifact mod that does that, one Celestial Nighthawk shot, one Parasite shot). It's pretty amusing

That's the exact prosecutor roll I've been grinding for, All day yesterday doing that first chest to only get only 4 throwaway rolls (not even one with zen moment)
Turns out loot was bugged. Now it's fixed and today.. game crashes. as if the grind isn't tedious enough
You say old sterling is a good pairing for fighting lion, but try Rufus fury. You can enhance frenzy and also moving target for SMG feel after shooting a fighting lion. The 92 aim assist and 87 stability help me hit my shots even at 35m.
I used to always use cold denial, but this is better because I am not actually able to consistently 2 burst or 1 burst after a lion shot.
Speaking of Sorrows Verse/ Suros Autos, Coronach-22 from the lost sector loot pool, can roll zen moment and target lock. It’s pretty good/fun to use

I actually hunted for an albruna-d this season when double rep was here last week, reset my gambit rank 3 times and I went for the elemental cap + opening shot, but went the route of maxing ae on it and using stompies on hunter I have hit some insane 360/720 shots with that shit in comp and trials as well. I’m talking collats and 50m headshots from hipfire.

Gut shot & Cascade gives a very competitive TTk on prosecutor.
Gutshot is still a bait perk, that hasn't changed. If anything it's worse now

I am kinda surprised that so many people want voltshot chain on the wave frame. Reloading after a kill on a gl just to get jolt on a single enemy seems clunky as hell even if its use to stun overloads. I could understand wanting it if it proc'd voltshot on every enemy it hit but its only the first.
the overload thing does make it more versatile when you think about putting together a loadout for a GM or whatever, but for general use, yeah, ALH is going to do you more good (or Envious if you're trying to blow a bunch of ammo on a boss with Cascade Point)

now that sudden death is void theres a new agressive frame arc sg which is hand in hand. its got very close to 100 handling on a 5/5 and with its origin perk field test you can easily get 100 handling

i also need to say that frenzy on the high impact pulse is not getting enough love it can easily 2 burst with a 4-2 or even a 3-2 with radiant its crazy good and i have mine with keep away
It's a pretty decent perk on that archetype, just we've had it before. Psi Hermetic gets it, Phyllotactic Spiral gets it, Messenger used to get it, even Legal Action.
Cammy my brother darkest before has heal clip an kill clip combine that with precious scars on solar an your cooking. Remember heal clip gives you cure x 2 now an with the restoration from precious scars you pretty much have a crimson effect of healing >:)
Cammy have u player any solo comp/ 3v3? Idk if its just me but like it feels like og d2. The only way to get a kill and not just trade is team-shotting and you cant push up unless you have a sidearm or smg. Maybe thats just cause of comp bullshit and people only abusing the worst guns but it doesnt feel good to me. (Btw i dont have that problem with quickplay i like the changes over there)
Yeah comp feels horrible right now. Nothing but teams using 120s and scouts

Yes, Chain Reaction is supposedly being nerfed in Final Shape but I don't see it being nerfed out of 1st place for 4th column.
Same way that Bait & Switch's nerf this patch hasn't changed the PvE damage meta.

Question, why so down on TTT on Prosecutor and Summoner? I play on roller and feel like TTT is consistently one of the best perks on autos
Probably because it's in the fourth column, so it comes at the opportunity cost of damage perks that help you make plays. If it were third column, you probably still go Zen Moment over it, but it'd be way more enticing. Double consistency perks is overkill anyway IMO, guns shoot straight enough with just one of Zen/TTT/DSR and decent stats.
In addition to what was already stated, it's also on a 450 auto which generally fires slow enough to be easy to control, even at range. It's just not strong enough.

I legit want to get better at this game on M&K, but I cannot for the life of me win a lot go the gunfights I get into. I get outgunned most times, or I get aped by some dude with a shotgun. I honestly don't know what else to do to get better at the game other than just keep playing crucible, but that shit drains you mentally so damn fast, I usually stop after three or four games.

Play some arena shooters to improve your reaction time and adaptability, idk about aim trainers since I don’t use them but if someone recommends it you should check it out
How's your map knowledge? Often I lose gunfights because I'm farther out of cover than I think or have overextended for some other reason. Shotgun aping loses to just backpedaling with an SMG or sidearm or just being careful how you push into someone who ducks behind cover (because if they're not outright leaving, they're pulling a shotgun and hoping you turn the corner too close). You can still get caught off guard by it if you're fighting someone else (that happens even to very good players), but a shotgun main that you're actually paying attention to should just lose every time.
The best thing for a lower skill player to learn is when to disengage if u peek aoit and are already getting gbeamed run away and heal up take a different angle

even at x1 it's the same TTK shift as Kill Clip (more precision requirement though) without requiring a reload; x2 is just a bonus!
@@life-destiny1196 I just think it's sad that Tricorn essentially made Rampage worthless since you're not likely to get to x2 Rampage unless you're in a lobby where you don't even need that level of boost. Since x1 Tricorn beats x1 Rampage, there's no reason to pick Rampage over it when given the option.

@@viseshism extended barrel doesn't give AE, unless OP meant extended mag. which, yeah, if you're going for air snipes, you want Extended Mag really badly, since 5AE base + 15 from Icarus Grip + 10 from Extended Mag is 30, and you can pop Heat Rises to get to 100 pretty quickly, which completely negates the accuracy and AE penalties. Without Extended Mag (or with a sniper that has less than 5 baseline) you need to make that up somewhere else, such as with Ophidians.
