Seminal moment for women’s cricket! Good summation of Sciver-Brunt, think she is realising how great she is. One concern is the WPL will only underline how the big three countries will dominate the women’s game even more. Headache for cricket to involve the less well off nations, but at least the rewards are there now for everyone,….if they can get to the WPL. Puts the hundred salaries in perspective, they are laughably tiny compared to the worth of the top stars. I want to see Perry, Sciver and Kaur as much as Stokes and Root.
