Hello mam
My father got property through will and the plaintiff has said that the will is fake....
But in another case the same plaintiff , but another defendant the plaintiff in plaint has written that there was a will and it was made by the same person whom in previous case they were denying....
Can we seek any benefit from this statement

file a title suit... It's a probate case... Give the evidence of the mentioned fact... You will win just show as if the will was the last will ask your advocate.
