I have never found a better teacher than you who can teach anything to anyone and explain it to anyone in easy language.
The way you make it easy for understanding is very great: Like you said exercising instead of Discharge in Sect 74, is very helpful to understand in an easy way. Because bare acts language is difficult, you try to use maximum English, very good for us to write in exams.

this lecture is very use full for me .But requested to clarify procedure about getting the copies of Notification & circular issued by central gov.
On one hand - Sale deed has been given as an example of private document and on the other hand you have mentioned the case of Gopinath educational and welfare society in which sale deed has been said to be a public document.

Hello does a Registered WILL after the death of the testator comes under Public document or Private document ? Also, is it possible for an individual (legal heir + beneficiary) to have an access to all the wills written by deceased testator during a time period lets say within last 10 years of his life by filing an RTI to sub-registrar of that state, if the legal heir doesn't on which date & how many wills were written by testator ?
Please explain some points*if a public authority not supplying** *some public documents which*case should be launched? *under* which section*? jurisdiction?

You mentioned Sale deed in the list of private document but sale deed is a Public document. Sale Agreement is a private document.

मैंने 200 गज जमीन किसी से खरीदी थी तथा वह उप रजिस्ट्रार के दफ्तर में रजिस्टर्ड की गई थी तथा म्यूटेशन भी हो गया था साथ ही उस व्यक्ति ने अपनी जमीन अन्य लोगों को भी बेची थीं तथा जमीन के प्लाटो के नंबर भी रजिस्ट्रेशन में दर्ज किए गए हैं परन्तु बेचने वाले की मृत्यु के बाद कुछ लोग मेरी जमीन पर अपना दावा कर रहे हैं परन्तु रजिस्ट्री नहीं दिखा रहे हैं क्या मैं उप रजिस्ट्रार के दफ्तर से उनकी रजिस्ट्री की प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि साक्ष्य अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत प्राप्त कर सकता हूँ, प्लीज जरूर जानकारी दे यह मेरे जीवन भर की कमाई पूँजी का सवाल है।

Sale deed's orignal copy is a private document, but certified copy is a public document.
Now chargesheet is a private document because it can not be uploaded publicly.. as per supreme courts judgement.

A sale deed is a private document, but the record of the sale deed kept in the office of the Sub-Registrar is a public record of that private document and hence it falls within the category of 'Public document'.
