Ill add, NIGHTS HGV 2 Birmingham, 3 - 4 drops all local sub depots , if you start as a temp expect 2 - 3 nights a week only most of the shifts will be cancelled non peak, so you could end up with nothing. Its a temp position probably good for students or part time workers, enjoyable job shame its not permanent, average wait for contract in Birmingham is 7 months, staff are great, managers are great, the only issue is the how its run from higher ups, drivers are treated a bit like commodities sometimes, just a number, there are families behind the faces.
Thanks for this video I just applied for an evri trainee apprenticeship role.. was having second thoughts but do you think its a good idea to get into hgv driving at the moment?
