Yes it did! Got less baby fats in my face now. Still haven't reached my goals yet though but I definitely can see progress.

It's so cute how Issac tries to look less handsome with the ponytail and the glasses, but ends up looking even more adorable.
I started this like months ago..and noticed good results almost immediately...but I wasn't consistent so my face went puffy again..so I'm back trying as hard as I can to be consistent and right now my face looks lifted a bit and jawline sharper than before..and I'm starting to feel my cheekbones..but my cheeks still seem hard to slim completely (though I think it's less puffier than before)

Just exercise or move about everyday to lose the extra weight 😂 that way your face and body are gonna look slimmer. This exercise is good for a sharper jawline/face!
Trying these tricks with a few other of issac’s videos! I’ll try and update everyday for 30 days to see if it really works, I have a kinda puffy face and a lot of baby fat still and I’m 15, it’s about time to get rid of it, the oil I’m using is coconut oil a friend gave to me btw
Day1: I don’t eat overly salty food already, but I do eat some serious starch, I’m gonna try and cut back on that, wish me luck! The message was very relaxing!
I need to work on No 3 like 1000 times lol :) And it's so true about the salt. I remember my mom ate a whole bag of sunflowers and her lips got so swollen for days.

I try to have a work out that is fun to do until covid is over and that I can finally apply for collective sports in my university again. I am only able to maintain my weight. My metabolism is low so it is very hard to loose weight (the only time I was able to loose weight were 20 pound in 1 years of intense work out). I have like 25 pound to loose.
