Clifton beaches are some of the most popular and picturesque beaches in Cape Town. They are located on the Atlantic seaboard, just a few minutes away from the city center. Clifton is actually made up of four beaches, each with its own unique character and charm.
During the day, Clifton beaches are a great place to soak up the sun, swim in the crystal-clear water, and relax on the soft, white sand. The water here is usually quite chilly, but that doesn't stop people from taking a dip and enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze. I was the there , in Clifton beach (4th beach) It was january 1983)!
Around twelve time I decided tò go into the water to swim. ... But suddenly It was like someone. should tell me :"""Stop don't go ahead""!!
I changed my mind end came back to the hotel for swimming in the swimming pool!!!
The day after in the morning the service of the hotel brought the breakfast together with newspapers.... There"ware news referring about ""terror in
Clifton beach,forth beach when a great White was into the water among People...!! It was twelve o'clock, more or less..fortunately none was damaged, probably the Shark
Was hunting some big fish!!!
South Africa and the coast of the cape are wonderful, and I hope to be able to came back to south Africa again, but I'll never go into the water ...
This is my opinion...
