Always fry in low sim
16 Byadgi Chillies
More khara add 4 Guntur Chillies
1 tsp Turmeric
Off and then add Ingu Afssetodia
Always dry roast for lomgivness of Rasam powder to store.

Today , I tried it.Only thing, I did not dry the grinder, so I pureed it.In addition I did not have togaribele, so I use kempu bele. It was so delicious. I would love to learn our traditional Karnataka recipes.Thanks a lot.
