    I hope my instructor will be this nice. Watching full videos of these gets quite old but I appreciate the fact of having mirror signal maneuver stuck in my head and dreams permamently now.

    Thanks for the vid. I wish I had you on my CBT I had an ex army type bawling at me, really helped my learning!! Instead of explaining things his teaching method was to say the same thing that I'd already heard but LOUDER!!! Won't be going back there for my test! I've learnt better just by watching this vid.

      We had an Instructor like that and he didn't last long with us.

    Very clear demonstration ride about doing it wrong as well as right, also the reasons Why they are wrong and right!

    Thank you. This is very helpful. I just done my CBT but still need to go back for another 1 hour on the road before they'll sign it off. Your video and teaching is very straight forward.. Wish this was how my instructor was.. she just kept telling me what I had done wrong and not how it should be done. She also waited until we had finished the road run before giving any feedback.

    Just passed my CBT yesterday, been driving a car for a long time but was still concerned about riding a geared bike but I watched a lot of your videos and your videos combined with my excellent instructors I passed with flying colours! (kept forgetting to switch the indicator off for the first hour but got past that) thanks a lot for uploading these they were an amazing resource!

    Just wanted to say a big thank you Rob for your videos. I've been watching since before my CBT back in March, I passed my MOD 2 last week and will still watch your videos whilst I'm continually working on becoming a highly skilled, competent, experienced rider.
    Cheers buddy. Tiff.

    These videos are great, very informative and it would appear very good instructors. I'm currently learning to ride a motorbike and hopefully will not be too long before i do the CBT, followed by proper lessons.

    Any videos on big multilane roundabouts? I'm struggling a bit with when to indicate while on big ones (3,4,5 lanes). On some of them while indicating it seems it would be misleading to other road users. In any case. Any videos / advice on multi lanes roundabouts would be wonderful. Thanks

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining
      @RJHMotorbikeTraining  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have some great videos on roundabouts. Not really multi lane roundabouts but keep watching. Advise don’t change lanes without lifesavers. Indicating needs to be clear showing your intentions if someone would benefit is what I would advise.

    Going for my Advanced IAM training don't know why but I'm watching these videos all the time. Get the basics right I suppose

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining
      @RJHMotorbikeTraining  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Basics are important. Advanced is too. We have just come back from Scotland. Some advanced footage on our channel too. Where are you taking it?

    • @Addy29plus5
      @Addy29plus5 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      RJH Motorbike Training Going for a kind of taster session of training for IAM in Croydon, but I'm torn between doing IAM and RosPa, both objectives are the same so it just the format

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining
      @RJHMotorbikeTraining  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We would always encourage RoSPA.

    • @Addy29plus5
      @Addy29plus5 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      RJH Motorbike Training any particular reason, or just personal preference

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining
      @RJHMotorbikeTraining  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      RoSPA graded Bronze, Silver and Gold, 3 years retake to maintain and improve. IAM pass or fail not retested. Also Bronze RoSPA is equivalent to IAM pass so this speaks for itself.

    my CBT was nothing like this, all my roundabouts were on busy roads with loads of traffic. I was told i needed more time after a 3 hour 30 min road ride, because i made some mistakes 2 of which are in this video drifting wide on a roundabout and forgetting to cancel indicator

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining

      PASSED 😄🎉 it was a difficult ride, a few minors gained for slow speed balance and a stall 🤦‍♂️ I’ll put that down to nerves but none for observation and planning which I was pleased about. The videos have helped a lot with that. Thanks again 👍✅

Also what's a 125cc budget motorbike that you would recommend I was looking at lexmoto brand mainly where about are you guys based in Manchester and how much would it cost me to do my CBT

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining
      @RJHMotorbikeTraining  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      CBT will allow you to ride a 125cc as long as you are 17. We are in Salford, Manchester and costs are £125 weekdays. www.rjhgroup.co.uk

    When slowing to a stop at a junction, is it proper practice to come to a stop in 1st gear or stop in 2nd, then put it in 1st when stationery?

    • @RJHMotorbikeTraining
      @RJHMotorbikeTraining  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We teach to stop in the gear your going to move off in. This allows you to take any opportunity to go.

      Mine was shit too. Gearbox on my bike kept hitting false neutrals, instructor was an ass, comms were the worst things in existence. But my mistake was, i wore a rain jacket in 23C weather... That messed me up so bad lol so I had to do element E again another day for £50. I was on a Honda cg125

    the higher the gear the more fuel that is being burned and expended.
