    I enjoy these lighting reviews. Please keep them coming as you are one of the only channels that does it.
    Can you tell me what camera equipment your using? The quality of the dash footage of the driving segment is outstanding.

      I use a lot of camera equipment. I was thinking about making an updated behind the scenes video one day.
      My main workhorse camera is a Sony AX100 that I starting using in 2015.
      This particular video looks like TH-cam downgraded it quite a bit because it looks pixelated and shows a lot of banding in the dark areas. The original file looks perfect.

    I agree mike, the fact that the light botton is not backlit is counterproductive. I'm also not a big fan of rear bumper indicator. Someome hits you etc. Not an ideal location.

      Seems like it would be more money to repair after someone hits you

    I wish they'd make it so the taillight is used also as a turn signal

    These are the most impressive taillights of any vehicles on the road. They are truly works of art. The front DRLs aren’t too shabby either! Hyundai really outdid themselves and all of the competition with the lights alone.

    I think the higher level trims have projector LED headlamps - would be interesting to see if they are any better than those reflectors

    Thank you so much for this video. I was and might still be considering buying a new Tucson, like this. The very low rear turn signals and headlight position are definitely demerits. The interior lighting and cargo area lighting seems pretty crappy too. I wish there were videos like this for the other vehicles I am considering.

    Tail turn lights are positioned at the worst part. Not safe for any shock stop for the vehicles that following.

      Exactly. This factor is what is stopping me from purchasing this vehicle:(

      @@HannahBLovee Don’t let it hold you back. Most people in most situations will be able to see the turn signals on the bumper, or the turn signals on the rear view mirror. If they don’t, and still hit you for whatever reason, they likely weren’t paying attention to begin with.
      Regardless, some people are changing out the bulb on the bumper turn signal to LED (very easy) which make it much brighter and the illumination factor alone can be seen even if the light itself is obstructed.

    Sir, you said you will need a flashlight if you buy this car. Doesn't everyone have a cell phone with a flashlight 🔦?

    • @MikesCarInfo
      @MikesCarInfo  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That will work :)
      I personally have a real flashlight as well.

      I prefer a real flashlight. People have lost touch with tactical items

    • @philipabisognioii4421
      @philipabisognioii4421 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ridefree9160 Either way, I recommend that everyone replaces the dull incandescent cargo bulb with a compatible LED. Brighter and more efficient.

      I own this car in Limited trim with black interior and I have no problem seeing anything. I don’t understand why anyone would need a flashlight. Doesn’t make any sense.
      The rear cargo area is rather dim, but people bothered by it are just switching out the bulb to LED which takes less than 5 minutes.

    You forgot the intro of the car Mike. Sorry

      It seems that most people do not like the intros so I am trying some videos without them.

    This is more of an opinion piece than and actual review! I would guess people want an impartial review of the vehicle, the contents, how functions work not how you dislike interior lights or other items. For one thing interior lights are not intended to be extremely bright just to prevent a sudden glare to a driver. So just report the facts, leave your opinions to another video called Mikes vehicle opinions. Calling this an overview is ludicrous.
