this one sounds notably like “Delirious” (gojo vs toji) and “Limitless Cursed Technique” (gojo vs bag masked cursed user), there might be other tracks that share a leitmotif but im not sure which ones do, if there are any
That's true and in my opinion really cool th-cam.com/video/cn1VNWepHlw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Qih4nc4yzWWugwMz This guy basically goes over the entire jjk s2 ost and disects every little neat detail in the composition of each track. Long story short gojo's leitmotif is basically omnipresent in the entire ost, so i guess that's why it feels like all the tracks are connected
I fucking love this track. It has this overtone of memories overflowing within Gojo's mind, disbelief at the mere sight of Geto. Yet, there's this slight dissonance laying underneath, indicating that something's off. Until eventually, he realizes that this isn't Geto. It's a beautifully executed track.
This song always gets me catching tears as it makes me think about all my old friends from High-School that I don't talk to anymore As well as a friend who recently passed as well, they did so well making this song
Had my airpods in during an exam and listened to it for 80 minutes on loop. Was convinced it'd give me six eyes and become a math god. I did two tests. I scored a barely passing mark for both. Gojo, Geto, Kenjaku... I blame you three....
This is really sad to think about when it comes to Gojo and Geto. 1 minute, they were best friends' side by side, having fun, then the next minute, one dies and gets taken over by a body swapping sorcerer and the other lives on to live with regret and sorrow but lived up to being the strongest (Till chapter 236).
I remember I found a very old friend of mine while I was listening to this. It hurt seeing how old he’d gotten. Because I wasn’t there for everything he went through
does no one hear the With Rage motif? the song that played when geto fought toji.. this song also played before Gojo's 0.2 second Domain Expansion. I'm starting to think this is part of Geto/Gojo's leitmotif.
the melody is also shared with limitless cursed technique, delirious, and arrogance, probably another as well, totally gojo's theme edit: gojo's theme is split into two separate melodies, all songs i mentioned share his theme but i think only delirious uses both parts, with rage and three years of overflowing youth both use his theme but use different parts, forgot to use my brain earlier
where bro??? I've been searching for AGES now Edit: nvm I found it, and for those who can't find it, it's basically the 0.2 Infinite Void theme at the beggining (y'know, the infamous "piano part" of With Rage). Can't find the Delirious leitmotif tho
Three Years of Overflowing Youth is the actual official name, "You're not Suguru Geto" was the name the fandom gave it before it released. It also happened with Not Yet Known being called "Still Unaware" or with one of Stone Ocean's OSTs; "Desperate Struggle" being called "Birth Of The New World" sorry for the yappachinno, but I wanted to clear this out.
@@ggsap i personally don't see an issue with it honestly. in my opinion it fits, but that might just be because i've listened to this soundtrack so many times lol
