    I have been watching your tutorials for more than five years now. They are extremely helpful and I use them along with some local classes to get better at my technical dancing. For this type of move, the challenge for me is the timing of the RELEASE of the abdominal area muscles. I have some fluffiness in my belly area, so the release is the only way to notice that I actually did the contraction!! Thanks so much for all of your tutorials. Happy Shimmies
