I have the box set, all seasons. Starting to binge watch again is a pleasure all the time. But as soon as season 4 hits... everything crumbles. David Chase changed the colour palette, the story and characters started to get darker, Tony got lost and really fell down psychologically aswell as physically. It's the best series ever, but it's sad how you can notice things changing over the time

It’s making me feel such immense nostalgia for the start of the series even though I know the whole enterprise is built on violence and everything goes horribly wrong. It’s an illusion, just like the American dream. But this… it just seems so innocent. It’s not even all sunshine and rainbows, but the sunshine and rainbows that are there are so bright. Despite it all, there were some good times. Little moments.
