@ MJ set the standard TOO high so instead of trying to beat the standard LIKE JORDAN DID, they try and diminish the entire decade. It’s a reflection of a soft, no defense, no midrange, no contact at all, jersey exchanging, generation of kids who would be “sons” to the grown men of the 90’s.
It’s crazy how some people don’t understand that the last 3-Peat Jordan was already past his prime… his best years were already behind him & he still dominated the league.
Michael got scored on a lot during 97-98 season way and way much more that year than his earlier years where players got swatted or had the ball stolen ! 😮
@ Mike got scored on and crossed up a few times. I have the footage. Anyone that plays basketball as long as Mike did is bound to get embarrassed a few times. It happens. But you said he got scored on way much more than previous years. What stats back that up? And I’m not doubting that. Mike particularly had trouble with small point guards like Damon Stoudamire, Strickland, Stockton, etc. And in his second comeback he certainly didn’t have the quickness that a young MJ did. But he still earned first team all defense. His defensive rating was 101.8 in 96-97 which is not his BEST but it’s higher than 91 and 92.
@@mjjumps I’ve studied Mike’s game for years, early career and later career. He was much quicker and faster and had reflexes that would embarrass and wouldn’t give an inch to even the most skilled of players during 87-93, I feel like after he came back his quickness and athleticism and reflexes were much slower and worse, but he was way stronger and those years he could easily bump and physically dominate the competition even penny Hardaway a bigger forward had huge problems against MJ at times on defense, but Mike still struggled sometimes with quicker smaller Guards as his athleticism was much worse, but even then the beauty of Mike kicks in, rarely did he ever get crossed or scored on his entire career and even at that point of time he clamped and shut those boys down

Jordan 33pts,5rebs,3assists
Michael Jordan: 33 pts, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 11-23 FG, 3-4 3PT
Ray Allen: 22 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 8-15 FTG, 3-5 3PT

Dennis Rodman: 16 points, 26 rebounds (10 offensive), 8-11 FG

I love the title of this video.
Is that the same ray allen that saved lebron in the 2013 finals??
This Ray was far more athletic and had an all around game. He adjusted his game later in his career.
Literally my 2 favorite players. Saved passwords with Jordan and Rays number. 34 and 23
@@b-gamer340 Same here kinda. It’s MJ, Iverson, Ray Allen, Shawn Kemp, Nique.

@ Yes. Dominique is one of my top 5 players. I also love Mitch Richmond and Joe Dumars too
@@mjjumps bro if Nique never got hurt. Omg he was tough. But hey they say nobody played in the 90's and I know that's bs. We know that's bs

And people say MJ couldn't hit the three....
Ray put MJ on his ass with that behind the back move 😂
People forget this version of Allen. They label him as a 3 pt shooter, but he did it all. Great matchup
Michael Jordan is my NBA LEGEND!! ❤😊❤😊❤😊
soooo fkn beautiful. Allen's 3 was soaking wet, and MJ's moves immaculate.
Yo a Another Blast From the Past From My Legendary Childhood GOAT Michael Jordan's NBA Career
No stat padding. Playing within the game and playing both ends of the floor efficiently.
I remember this Matchup Epic MJ all day
I say it again. The history of the NBA is full of many talents and legends but MJ is still the best of all so far.
Back when NBA teams had their on playing styles NOT everybody shooting 3's and playing the same way SMH💯
