Thanks A/C another good , instructive video. Excellent !!!
Thank you for the kind words and awesome support!!!!
Well after watching this my thought process definitely is there its more down to practice for me then. I found my original tack i made slightly smaller to "weld" over with my finished bead as such just to try make it look continuous. Once again really appreciate the effort put in to the video
Thank you very much, you can never practice to much. I need to do more myself, thanks for the support!!!!
This is a super helpful video for me. I appreciate how you explain everything. Also helpful is the getting comfortable, great idea. Thank you. 👍🏻👍🏻
Pushing and pulling AC is getting it done

Feel free to chime in in the comments were here to help get people out there welding!!! Thanks for watching!!!
"Freedom Units"! Heck yeah, Brother!
Hahaha yes sir!!!
My level content. Thanks for taking the time to document and share your expertise.
Thank you for watching, hope it helps!!!
I build hydraulic power units for a living. I’m always welding in fittings to tanks. I like to do 3 tacs , connect them. It’s still tuff for me to make them look really nice but the most important thing is that they are leak proof. Takes a while to get good at these that’s for sure.
Cool video buddy
Awesome thank you !!!!
A trick I discovered today to remove mill scale. Soak it in regular household vinegar. Comes right off after a few hours soaking. Beats grinding off hands down!
Thats a great tip!!!!
Great video!
Thank you!!!
Thanks for sharing.
God Bless. 🎉
Thank you for watching, Hope you have a Blessed day!!!!!
Great video, thank you!
Thank you!!!!!
If you can sit the part on a block of aluminum, the plate won't warp as much
Yeah thats why there setting there. I get in a hurry sometimes when filming and I forget stuff lol
I’m trying to do this in class and this is hardest thing I’ve encountered
It can be tough just stick with it , you got it!!!!!
Im alittle confused bud for 3/16 metal i thought from your other video,I'm supposed to use 20v with the wire feed at 7.0mm an now u got it set for the best performing weld 19.1v sn 6.0mm.?
Just tuning it in for different situations. I like to do cut and etch test to make sure there is good penetration!
There is no specific setting that you have to use..just play with the settings and adjust accordingly to your puddle
I love your comment Freedom Units!
Hahahaha I heard someone else use that and I loved it hahaha
oh lord that is way too cold
Would beveling the edge make a difference? Pros or cons.
Yes, it helps on penetration. I should of shown it in the video. My rule of thumb is if its 1/8" or thicker I like to bevel . Thanks for watching!!!!
I am Ravindra srilanka
Thanks for watching!!!!
You seem to start with a ton of stick out, do you always do it like this?
Na the camera angle makes it look like a inch of stick out lol, and I was also trying to keep it up high enough so people could see the puddle while I welded. filming welding is the hardest thing ive tried lol
