I find the intense feeling of this one and it leading to the reveal of the huge crocodile spirit thing always works best when you're doing a Bea route, since this dream section comes right after the argument at Bea's apartment.
I feel like Astral Fish and Astral Train are very underrated, while Astral Alley is a little bit overrated. Not that I don't like Astral Alley, it's amazing, but maybe give Astral Train and Astral Fish a bit more love?
They are a lot better than I initially gave them credit for myself. I only wanted to do Astral Alley for myself (well, I didn't even want to do that, I wanted someone else to make something like it so I could listen to it), but due to all the demand I wound up having to do these other three and they're really all quite good. Alley is bound to get all the attention but they all have something worthwhile.
I love the work you put into making these 4. I've always wanted to listen to each piece individually but I only had the whole from the album. Thank you for this!

For some reason, this song is good for driving in bad weather.
This is how I listen to the whole piece, except for the first time.
1st - Astral Alley
2nd - Coal Town
3rd - Train
4th - Astral Fish
this is my favorite dream soundtrack, after you get all the players you can feel a sense of desperation.
Yeah, it really drives forward.
A great song for spooky D&D campaigns!
Idk why but 9:20 is my favorite part of the whole thing. Something about the Tuba.
The tuba makes this song what it is
SPOILERS The knowledge that this game is a surprise Lovecraftian horror makes these dream sequences all the more terrifying.
terrifying??
I find them to be enlightening
@@nightponyinrface6009 basically bloodbornes plot lmao

DAMN MAN THANK YOU FOR SAYING IT
ALL of the astral songs are fucking fantastic
Agreed. Astral train has a great composition, I can really feel the train vibes (or whatever). The instruments are just at other level
especially astral fish

Thank you for this!
Percussion solo 10/10
Also the accordion solo feels like a different song without the violin
11:04 that sounds creepy
YYYAAAAAAY I JUST SAW THIS ON MY RECOMENDATIONS
thank you for doing this service to the world
No problem. I still feel like others with, you know, talent, skill, or experience would be able to do it better.
got reminded of this after I saw the Starlink Satellite pass over my area!
astral train is my absolute favorite of the dream tracks 🧡
Congrats on conquering all the dreams! I absolutely love the work you have done
Thanks very much. I'm happy to have made it through.

If you can't hear the train, this isn't astral train.
The train is what makes it scary.
That's what the tuba's backbeat is for.
