Filipe1020 I used to watch this regularly in 2011 back when I was huge into YTP, and I was shocked how it became a meme but it deserves the attention. Same with those KOTH YTP
Perhaps one of the greatest YTPs of all time. It was waaay ahead of its time. It has elements of YTPs from 2014-Present day; the sentence mixing, visual editing, and over all fast and snappy scenes, all of that minus the ear shattering ear-rape commands the utmost praise.

Quick story. I'd like to thank you for creating this video - that I watched with my (then) 6~7 year old son, both of us hysterical laughing in his room, leading us to quoting lines to eachother for months (and we still do all these years later). You helped create a bonding experience between him and I. Now that I'm no longer with him all the time (divorced), this video is something special to me, not only for its comedic value, but for it's emotional trigger that gives me that little nudge of hope to keep going for my son's sake. I have come to a conclusion that this entire time, when Carlton was asking everyone around him "Will you make me a sandwich?" He was not asking to be made a sandwich, but be made INTO a sandwich. Towards the end of the video, Geoffrey angrily puts Carlton a headlock, while Will hits him repeatedly. Carlton feels he is in no position to fight back, only to struggle while anticipating death from such injuries. During this anticipation, we are shown a brief scene with Carlton depicted as a sandwich with arms. This is a visual representation of what Carlton was thinking while he was in the headlock. He was reflecting on what could've been, but never was. Further supporting the claim that Carlton wants to be made into a sandwich is about 15 and a half minutes into the video, when he asks Uncle Phil to make him a sandwich. Uncle Phil states that he already has, but he has misinterpreted Carlton's request. Instead of being made into a sandwich, he is given a sandwich to eat, which is why we don't see Carlton's joy and satisfaction. In fact, not only is he dissatisfied, but he physically rejects the sandwich when his father's not looking. (That or the sandwich just flew out of his hand. And even if it did, Carlton wouldn't have cared, because he is seen ignoring it and just just turning the page in his book.) Of course, in the end, Carlton survives Geoffrey's attack, allowing him to live to see another day. Despite that, he will never get what he truly wanted: To be made into a sandwich...

An underrated but essential part of why this poop is a masterpiece is the way that the incredibly quotable lines are bridged with some incredible nonsense sounds. The way that some random laughs from the audience, sighs or grunts are repeated or pitch shifted just adds to the utter chaos of the whole thing in the best way

I'd like to thank you for creating this video - that I watched with my (then) 6~7 year old son, both of us hysterical laughing in his room, leading us to quoting lines to eachother for months (and we still do all these years later). You helped create a bonding experience between him and I. I have come to a conclusion that this entire time, when Carlton was asking everyone around him "Will you make me a sandwich?" He was not asking to be made a sandwich, but be made INTO a sandwich. Towards the end of the video, Geoffrey angrily puts Carlton a headlock, while Will hits him repeatedly. Carlton feels he is in no position to fight back, only to struggle while anticipating death from such injuries. During this anticipation, we are shown a brief scene with Carlton depicted as a sandwich with arms. This is a visual representation of what Carlton was thinking while he was in the headlock. He was reflecting on what could've been, but never was. Further supporting the claim that Carlton wants to be made into a sandwich is about 15 and a half minutes into the video, when he asks Uncle Phil to make him a sandwich. Uncle Phil states that he already has, but he has misinterpreted Carlton's request. Instead of being made into a sandwich, he is given a sandwich to eat, which is why we don't see Carlton's joy and satisfaction. In fact, not only is he dissatisfied, but he physically rejects the sandwich when his father's not looking. (That or the sandwich just flew out of his hand. And even if it did, Carlton wouldn't have cared, because he is seen ignoring it and just just turning the page in his book.)
Of course, in the end, Carlton survives Geoffrey's attack, allowing him to live to see another day. Despite that, he will never get what he truly wanted: To be made into a sandwich...
