    What is the name of the case mentioned at 33:18 set as an example of Perverse Decision made by juries? I didn't quite understand the full case name. Thank you.

    you admitted then that jurers have been put in jail for quote "human behavour!" I think if they research a case outside of court it should be accepted within reason! for example if a new piece of info is found you should be able to bring it to the courts attention so it can be rebuttled like any other piece of evidence!

      Interesting point! I think the issue though, is the reliability of such evidence. Also, not everyone may be as good as you at research etc.

    i dont think that was a perverse decision if they heard that defendant knew of an event like terror event then in that case would be perverse to charge defendant!

      It's our civic duty. Perhaps it would be more popular if paid, but where would the money come from? At least expenses (e.g. travel) are covered I think! Probably will be unpopular for those who have to take time off work.
