You should use the foam board insulation with white paneling for the inside. That way it will be warm and the paneling won't take up much room in the interior space.

Bathroom on left of entrance, kitchen on right. Couch bed ( or storage bed) on back wall. TV and two TV trays for eating and side tables. Bam, your done! Enjoy, have fun, be safe! Can't wait to see how you design it!
Cant wait to see you camp in it and how you will decorate it. Keep in mind of multi purpose items and stuff that can fold down. Idk if you can put storage benches in there but there are 12v fridge/ freezer combos that look like coolers and you can make the whole thing a fridge or the whole thing a freezer or half and half. Also Brad the builder put in a nice stove in a trailer for Flair you may want to look at. Keep it 12v and toss some solar panels on the roof, hook up ecoflow and ur good to go. Just some ideas but looking to see how it turns out. Enjoy and we will all enjoy watching.

But in back build in a twin/full or full bed with a twin bed above with ladder, like bunk bed, and under main bed would be lots of storage in totes or drawers ect.., I'd go totes and stuff, can put a strap from wall to wall so everything doesn't slide out. Then a cooking corner with a counter and a cabinet under it, can buy used cabinet bases or overstock, but sure if know measurements someone will have some from kitchen remodel maybe a section of countertop, power 'station' in other corner, and that side a table to eat at, edit ect.. be plenty of room from door to bed🤙, can't wait to seep what I win I mean what you do🤣, tyvm tc 🎣
I’ve seen a girl on TH-cam that has a tiny wood stove in her van (that she lives in!) that might be a good addition. Lots of work to do on the inside, BUT, the great part is you can do it how YOU want! They have these lights that are kind of small, but you can recess them in the ceiling. And hide all the wiring when you put up ceiling panels. Either way Becca, you, Lilah and Sky will have lots of enjoyments in your New TINY HOME! Congrats girl!! Well deserved❤️

this is going to generate alot of good content! i'm happy for you, i know there's cool stuff coming! it was nice to see lila again, and i always like to see sky. definitely insulate it. you may not be aware, but there are very small package units you could put in that would do both heat and air conditioning. they go through the wall, they're easy to put in, sorta like a window a/c. once you finish it, you can go ANYWHERE, in relative comfort. also, with those skids under it, you could put a small door in the floor, and put it on the ice. it would make for some pretty swank ice fishing.
I’ve been camping out of the back of my truck for years. Of course pulling a trailer has some disadvantages but you got my wheels turning! I might want to upgrade to a similar build. A camper that you can take off your trailer is an awesome idea. Customizing it to suit my preferences sounds fun. !! Being able to stand up would be awesome. My Siberian Husky would like it too.
so far, standing up in it is an absolute game changer! it has pros and cons of course compared to truck camping but it’s nice to know you don’t have to have the camper attached all the time.

Definitely want to add a heater and some insulation. A small water tank for hand washing/shower. Maybe even a 200 watt solar panel and inverter with a couple of outlets for charging your camera gear. Nice build

Swing jacks on rear of trailer.. 1 on each side for stability.. may want to consider a bolt down system for tiny house to trailer for additional security.. those straps won't hold for long. But that thing is awesome love it

Storage drawers under the bed would optimize space. Also, you might want to do foam insulation in the roof and walls. That will make a world of difference as far as keeping you warm and out cool.

Use the foam insulation inside. Get used appliances from a camper for stove, fridge, and heat/AC. Make a car battery bank that gets recharged when you run your truck and it will power your tiny house. Led lights and make a cubbyhole for storing everywhere not wasting any space, Use a camping toilet when your on the go. Add solar panels to the roof to help recharge your batteries as well as running your phone, computer etc..Easy access storage for propane tanks for your heat and cooking. Storage for 10-15Gal water
Inspiring! I am retiring and want to do some traveling next year across the USA. I have a full sized pickup truck so I have been looking at travel trailer but the prices are crazy. Since I have experience designing homes and doing woodworking now I believe I should build one myself for my travels. Thanks for the inspiration. ;-)

Not sure what type of paint you use for the outside but hopefully it will hold up. I built a plywood trucker camper for my 2000 Tacoma and used outdoor house paint. Well, it didn't last at all. I'd like to do another, very possibly like yours but use a layer fiberglass on the outside.
This is mint. Now i want one. I bern thinking about it. The more ppl see the less shocked ppl would be. But i still wanted to. So glad theres more ppl out there. Dude u can put it on lakes. Add pladtuc to the bottom furskuues or old skiis so the woud don't rott mind you it is perfect left on. Andstipl can eenta hut if ya needed to. But man you can camp right by the lakes summer or winter ahaha love it ❤
Love the video. Absolute banger build! Idk how light you’re trying to keep it but can I suggest mounting hooks for a hammock instead of a bed. Also make sure it’s secured with ratchet straps over the top when driving to be extra safe
